Question about annual subscription.
When I signed up for Swingvision annual subscription in 2022 for the first time, I purchased through ITunes.
Since then, every May I get an annual renewal through the Itunes app on my Desktop.
I want to switch to direct purchase from the Swingvision website next May when I am due for renewal, largely so I can get the savings, swingstick, etc. and also, I want all my money going to Swingvision and not Apple.
So...do I cancel my renewal on ITunes, and sign up directly on the website next May? Will I lose all my saved matches, etc. ?

If you let your subscription expire, you just become a free user, your account isn't deleted or anything.

The swingvision app won't open on my Macbook. I've tried uninstalling the app and restarting the laptop but it still crashes upon start-up. Has anyone else seen this issue?

@swupnil - I just got SwingVision, it works great. I'm not an iphone user so I got a used one without an cellular plan/internet connection. My question is if I wanted to get an Apple Watch to use with this phone, and the watch also doesn't have an internet connection, will the apple watch functionality still work with Swingvision?

I could not find this information anywhere to get a clear answer. I know internet isn't need on the iphone itself. But I presume 99% of people using your service have an active cellular plan on their iphone (which is subsequently paired to an apple watch).

Yes, apple watch with iphone will work w/o internet connection for Swing vision.
That's the setup I have -- can review challenges, start/stop swing vision from the watch

PSA.

The latest app update for SwingVision on the Apple Watch requires watchOS 11. Which means my Apple Watch SE first gen no longer works because it can't be upgraded to watchOS 11.

Found out when I was on the court and realized the SwingVision app disappeared from my watch and the watched didn't allow me to download it anymore.

Is it possible to get a statistic about how many shots you hit in/out into the net etc? I mean absolute values?

I didn't hit End session on my remote device and minimized to another app on that device. I now can't find the session under Completed but I see something in Live with an App Restart warning message. It shows 1.95 Gb size so there is something there. Is there a way to recover this? Would be pretty bummed to lose this session. Thanks
