Initially, I had difficulty getting in touch with Swing Vision support and even other users on the official SV moderated user community, but eventually, I figured out that:
Since then, I have been able to post the FB group and report bugs by email and am satisfied with the responses I got.
Otherwise, the product is really useful, and there is nothing like it available on the consumer market.
Initially, I had difficulty getting in touch with Swing Vision support and even other users on the official SV moderated user community, but eventually, I figured out that:
- You can get in touch with SV support through support@swing.vision. This is where you should report bugs. If you do it on the Facebook user forum, the post will be rejected by the moderators.
- All other inquiries can be posted on the SV moderated Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/618084585748632/?multi_permalinks=1499578974265851, but the moderator seem to err on the side of caution for the first few posts, or if you are not a heavy user of FB (I stopped using it in 2016 after the Cambridge Analytica scandal).
