Swing volley grip

Well i had this question that suddenly pop up on my mind to day. Im sick you see and i been in bed all day haha and i was think about tennis. So then it came to this particular shot the "Swing/ drive volley".

Almost everyone uses the continental for the normal volley. I tried continental for the swing volley but doesnt work that well cus swing volleys are for balls which are fairly high and continental isnt that easy to hit when dealing with high ball for me. I normally just use my normal Fh and BH grip for the swing volley.

Is this the correct method/ grip? cus its effective with my normal grip for this shot. and i saw some pros hitting this shot and it doesnt look like they're hitting with the continental grip, it looks fairly like their normal fh/bh grip to me.

I have allways heard that you should use your same (forehand/backhand) grip you use for groundstroke to hit swing volleys. When I asked a pro about swing volleys he told me to "hit the ball just like you do with a ground stroke". i.e. pretend that the ball actually bounced.

I personally do if I do a swing volley and it has a lot of power, sorta a typical groundstroke at the net for me....
