Swingweight vs Static weight

In terms of generating power, is the swingweight or static (strung, resting) weight of the racquet more important?
(And for argument and simplicity sake, we're going to assume that the player would be hitting the EXACT same shot with both (i.e. same swing style, same racquet head speed, same spin generation, same ball, etc.).

More specifically.....
Head YOUTEK Radical MP: static weight = 312g, swingweight = 324
Head YOUTEK Prestige MP: static weight = 337g, swingweight = 318

Two very different frames, but what about in terms of power production/potential in regard to the swingweight vs static weight (since they're practically reversed)? The Radical is a lighter racquet but swings heavier than the static weight of the Prestige. The Prestige, on the other hand, has a relatively heavy static weight but the swingweight is almost as light as the Radical's resting weight. -- Kind of confusing me to.

To clarify my post (because it was kind of confusing, even to me, when I went back and read it):
*The more mass, the more power.*
Is this in terms of static weight or swing weight?
In the case of the racquets, would the Radical be wielding the power of its static weight or swingweight?

From the specs alone, you might expect the Prestige to be more powerful for relatively "static" strokes (volleys) while the Radical would be efficiency for "swinging" strokes (groundstrokes).

Of course, you've left out a third important spec, which is the racquet stiffness. (Stiff racquets are generally more powerful than floppy noodle racquets).

So, yes.

This is AMAZING! I can't believe I've never stumbled upon this before! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Demo the two and get back to us. Hopefully they'll both have matching strings/tension.
I have demoed them both. Many times. Can't come to a final conclusion because they both have pros and cons and I always seem to find something new each time.

Point of it all was: my ideal racquet would be 11.8 - 11.9oz and around 6 or 7 points headlight.
The Prestige wouldn't necessarily require any customization but the Radical definitely would. If I was creating these specs on the Radical, I feel like I'm basically trying to reproduce the Prestige - however when playing with the Prestige I still feel like something's "off."

-----> Let's assume I customize both the Radical and the Prestige to match my desired specs mentioned above. This would significantly change the swingweight of the Radical, right? If both racquets met these specs exactly, would their only difference be the flex?

If they match balance, swingweight and static weight, the only difference will indeed be flex.

Regarding your first question, swingweight is by far the greatest contributor to power and plowthrough, so the radical should be more powerful (disregarding flex).

I dont think any of them understood your question right.
Greater the static weight, higher is the stability of the racquet. You get a stable respose from a heavy static weight racquet. So prestige should give you more stable response when facing hard hitters.
High Swing weight will make you feel slugish. It depends on your body build to handle high Swing weight racquet. But high swing W will give you more weight on the ball when you hit it. So it is worth swinging a high swing weight racquet rather than swinging a low swing weight racquet. Because the weight on the ball produced by both is different.
In shot high static weight more statble. Hight swing weight more weight on your shots.
