just checked out the website, havnt seen it since they re-did it

lots of new frames, but the most interesting thing i saw was a 325 on there with a new paintjob, and its standard length, there is also a 325xl, looks like they are going to re-release it?

wonder if adding weight could help it be less stiff.i havent used it yet,comes in tommorrow but i assume it should be everything i think itll be

There is nothing written on the racket or on TF web page...

I have seen people mainly stringign them at 55-57 lbs (lower end) and some at 52 lbs, but no one at lets say 63 lbs...

Does anyone know what is the exact recommended tension range for TF320?

I strung my 320 at 60 and my 310 at 62.When I saw what it said on the frame, Is when I thought why the differences.I never thought to look since I have always strung my racquets 60 and above
 
I plan on getting a tfight 320 and was wondering what strings would be a good fit. I'm looking for a spin friendly string, that can maintain tension, is fairly durable, and red because that looks BA with the 320.

Try TF RedCode 17 or 18g with the red TF BiPhase 17g. If you're worried about poly(RedCode) hurting your arm just go with the BiPhase.

The reviews for BiPhase all seem to point out that it loses tension quickly. I think I might go full RedCode. Any expirence with some of the Kirshbaum strings?
 
I had the same problem with the 320xl, too stiff for me and a little bit unwieldy in the mid court and volleying. If I were to use it as my main stick I would put a leather grip on it and make it more headlight. Very good stick though, I still haven't found anything to replace my 325's and custom vantages. I'm currently testing out some extended Head PT57a's.
 
^^^isn't the head pt57a an i prestige? are the custom vantages similar specs to your 325's? btw, i agree w/u 100% that the 320xl was too stiff and you stuck w/ur 325s, i haven't switched for 2 years and have tried everything.
 
I'm not sure what the Head pt57a is, the paint job is a flexpoint radical midplus with CAPS. I guess one of the experts can weigh in. My vantages aren't the same as my 325's, the same length but the balance and weight are different. They will be up in the for sale section soon. I tried the Head Tour xtralong and cut it to 27.5 and it was close but still not as good and the other 2 xl's had differing weight and balances so even if it worked, I wouldn't be able to get near the same without a ton of tinkering. I've got ten 325's so far and I'm looking to get some more. The new ones coming out look like they are going to be too stiff for me.

i just put WC Silver String m's and X-1 (red) x's in my 320... nice set up... good power level match with the 320 and control and comfort are not lost!
 
anybody have a link to the new tf frames specs??
The one at the top of this page does not work and I ma jonesing for some specs,,,,,.......

I just sent some money to a member here to buy his Tfight 335 (16 x20), and I have a demo now too.

I have to say that this is the racquet I have been looking for. Being out of the game for a while, my last racquet was a Head Graphite Master, and the Tfight is simply a better version of it. I love the thin beam and the swing weight. It just feels great to take cuts with this stick.

I also prefer the smaller grip. It is almost like it encourages you to grip your forehand on the buttend if you use a Semi Western grip. Does anyone else notice this?

Anyway, I have always preferred thin racquets that I can control. This is a racquet I can hopefully stick with for years. It is like they knew what I wanted exactly when they made the 335. I am pumped.
 
Also, I know the frame has the string tension listed lower then it may actually be, so I was wondering how tight you could string the 335. I would like to have it at either 58 or 60 if possible.

Anywhere in the mid 50's with full poly or poly hybrid works well for me. I am doing the same thing with some leaded up 320's right now. I am hooked on these sticks.

Ok, so some big bangers at 55 will give me good control? I ask because I am demoing other racquets with more power at around 60 pounds or so. I always thought 55 was kind of light, but I guess the poly helps control the power?

If you are talking about BBO, you may be able to string a little higher. If you are talking ALU, then 55 would be my max. It's all personal though, trial and error. What works for me might not work for you. Are you hybriding or using full poly?

I will probably just use full poly.
 
Just aquired a couple of 16x20 tfight 320s in grip 4& 1/4 - wow love em but having used fischer330g for years I might just add some lead as the swing weight is disturbingly light but not sure yet, any thoughts on how it responds to customisation anybody??

Also might look and see if I can get a couple of used ones cheap in the UK for back up. nybody help ?

Im really glad I managed to get the 2007/08 paintjob as I absolutely hate the new one just released, (I know its different specs too) what on earth were the designers smoking when they came up with little sumo men - yuk !
 
Thanks for the masses of replies about customisation of tfights.... NOT . Anyways 6inches at 2 and 10 seems to have amped up the power .... this racket is a beautiful secret. Cmon !!!

yup, lead at 10 and 2 is the way to go. I tinkered around for 2 years with them and was very happy.

My son is trying the TFlash 315 and TFight 295.

The TFlash 315 has to come from the Fisher M Pro mold. It is certainly a players racquet. Good feel and flex, low power and swings heavier than its stated 315 swing weight.

TFight 295 is new and the mold is different from the old TFight 295. It's light and swings fast, had good power and access to spin for a 95 sq. in head but is still control oriented. It's easy to serve with and volleys are comfortable. The 295 because it is light is a good platform for customizing. I wish we had the TFight 320 to compare.

so 3 weeks into using my Tfight320, and my impression of it so far is that while it offers great control on groundstrokes but its at the net where it really rocks.I'm not a good server so I can't really comment on the service department yet but overall I'm happy to have made the switch from babolat.

So you have both 320 and 320 VO, what are difference between them ?, what is better? it was better that Tecni fibre changed to a new one design?

What is the Tecnifibre grip shape? Is it like Wilson, or more like Head? And are they generally smaller/larger or would a 3 in a wilson translate well to a 3 in a tecni?

The real 325 vs the new 315 :)

I play with the old trusted 325 and was disappointed by the new TFlash 315. Really underpowered.

I´m a proud new member to the Tfight club!

Just got 2 Tfight 335 16*20 for

EDIT: Tried them 1 hour and i absolutely can not find anything i like about them. They feel "dead" to me. I don´t get any spin or power despite i strung them at 50 lbs with my most powerful co-polyester string.
When I picked up my old Pure Storm Custom i got som much more from everything...

I've bought 2 TF 335's about a year ago online on a site where they were priced wrong.

It stated: 150 EUR --> 1 racquet (ok, normal price)
185 EUR --> 2 racquets (?!?!?!)

I immediatly bought 2 pieces and after 3 months I decided to buy 2 extra.
They were still priced at 150 EUR for 1 and 185 for 2. So once again I bought 2 racquets.

So now I have 4 TF 335' wich I payed 370 EUR instead of 600 EUR.

God bless online-shops!!!
