Hi, TW team!

I hope you are well!

In your Talk Tennis International Forum, how come there is no Talk Tennis Asia? I hope there will be one in the future!

Many thanks and more power!

Because these sections are the equivalent of the TW Questions/Comments.
TW has stores in USA, Europe and Australia but not in Asia. These parts of the message board are/were mainly intended for answering questions by TW Staff (from those stores) regarding products, shipping options and services offered by the these particular stores.

Thanks! But I'd like to know why they don't have a store in Asia. TW obviously have customers all over the world. Putting-up a TW store in Asia would be great.

If I were to guess it's because Asia is full of countries with different currencies, law, taxes etc.
Europe has the European Union so when shipping from Germany to France or Italy you don't go through customs etc.
So as an example, hypothetically if they were to set up a store in China, sending a package to India is more or less the same as shipping from Germany - in terms of procedures involved with international shipping like customs etc.

I get that too. There are plans to have a borderless transaction between Southeast Asian countries through the ASEAN. The plan has yet to come into fruition due to the need for all countries to consent to such principle.

Getting back to my point, how come they have TW Australia? How come there is no TW Japan? TW Singapore? TW China? It would be interesting to know from TW. And I really hope they get to have this store in Asia in the near future.

maximus,

Thanks for the feedback. Automatix was correct why we don't have a Talk Tennis Asia on our board. Unfortunately, we do not have any plans at this time to open a Tennis Warehouse Asia but I will pass it along!

Thanks,
Brittany, TW

Thanks, Brittany! I am sure that your customers in Asia will be thrilled if TW will have at least one store over there.

One of the challenges in having a Tennis Warehouse Asia, is that Asia is quite large. The shipping/import costs could be rather large to go from their physical warehouse, wherever it may be, to another country in Asia.
