Difficult to get it flowing as smoothly as possible but a very good effort with the stylistic elements (player individuality, scenery, effects). Really like it
Very true, am yet to see something comparable to this.
Just realised the guy who uploaded the video replicated the exact scores of each match - including the timing of service breaks, etc...
Everything looks great but the movement. Idk why TS4 is like the only game where the players movement is realistic and they don't look like they're sliding on ice

'Cos the players are smooth af
But yeah I agree they need to work on that. Incorporate TS4-like movement with the rest of the elements in the game and you have a truly formidable game
My one issue with TS4 is that it's pretty tough to hit winners - the players are throwing themselves all over the place and digging out the most insane shots

For me it's Warrior Within since it's the first POP game I played.
And it's the first game outside the HP ones (because they were easy) that I managed to finish before walkthroughs were available on youtube The Two Thrones as well.

I hated the music in Warrior Within. Sands of Time soundtrack had this nice persian feel to it while WW had like some sort of metal music instrumental or whatever it was. also the ability to turn back time when solving the jumping puzzles and whatnot was something I missed in the later games.
HP games were fun from what I remember, especially the first two, I liked that they didn't follow the movie story so strictly unlike the later ones.
TS4 the number 1 game. Such fluid movement of players. The movement of the ball and trajectory.
One thing on TE I like is the serve motion and the Groundstroke motion. They're pretty realistic. But apart from that, TS4 takes the win. Such an enjoyable game.
Online is awesome too. I think against the computer it can be a bit easy, but online there's always a good challenge. Very tactical.

I can understand that. This seems to be a pretty prevalent complaint among the fans indeed. But I can understand what they were going for. The Prince by that point was in turbid waters so to speak after 7 years of being chased by Dahaka. His internal turmoil affected his personality and thus became more ruthless and more edgy and the soundtrack was a reflection of these emotions.
The first 3 games even added elements from the books that weren't in the movies. My favorite will always be the Chamber of Secrets on PC. It was such a well-made action-adventure platformer.

100% agree on that point. When you play online then its not the case. But when you play at your friend house on the same console that gets irritating. I cant get used to that either.
I always played online on my own console and told my friend to go online to play me.
MANNNNNN. The Sands of time is such a fn GOOD game. The puzzle levels and fights are so iconic. I especially loved doing the rising circular level the first time, I had never done anything like it.

Toughest puzzle of that game has to be the bath level where you have to find where Farah is by trying different entrances. I used walkthroughs to finish that puzzle. I found out much much later that you had to use the water sounds as a guidance.

Forgot about that lol. Damn, I wonder if I can buy the game on the playstation store or something, now I wanna play it so bad. The funny thing is even though the P.O.P series is old af, I didn't know about it when I bought Sands of Time. I was in a store and saw the game and thought it looked cool and on a whim just bought it. Had no idea it would be so amazing.

Lol he's supposed to be a Persian Prince? gotta love 8-bit games lol. I think Punch Out and Mario 3 did the best job with those graphics. (That looks fun though)

Clearly the best, but there are some decent ones.
Top Spin 4 isn't as good as most people say it is. At a higher level it relies on angles way too much and animations are simply awful (those 3.0 gets to the ball especially). The power/control shot mix isn't a great either (though you're using control shots 95% of the time), as staminia impacts control shot way more than the power ones, so big hitters actually have an advantage when both players are low on it. It is fun, I even got the plat (as with pretty much every other tennis game), but gets way too much hype.
The Virtua Tennis 4 on the ps vita is a hidden gem IMO that not many know about (mostly because nobody bought the vita). After awful ps3/x360/pc version they changed the physics so much that it became completely different game. AO tennis (the first one after all patches) is surprisingly good as well. Much more tactical than top spin 4 for sure (the biggest problem is that drop shots are completely broken) and feels more realisting with rallies not being that much about hitting to the weaker side, but much more about building your position.
They all look like a joke when comparing shot animations with TE though.
Don't play tennis world tour (the first one, didn't play the 2020 version yet), one of the worst games I've ever played.

Yep, a bit floaty and bouncy. It is however possible to make an error in a few situations, even while using the "super shot". Extremely unlikely, but possible.
