Technical changes on this forum? Not accessible since 2-3 weeks

Since about 2-3 weeks I regularly get a timeout when trying to access this forum through a normal cable connection in Germany, neither Telekom nor Vodafone works, regularly get a timeout and cannot access the forum.

I can reliably only access this site when connecting by smartphone / mobile 5G connection without accessing any Wifi.

Has anything changed in the past few weeks, technically, on this server or the forum configuration?
It seems as if the normal cable / DSL internet providers cannot resolve your dns name and find the proper IP address anymore or something like that, cause the connection always times out without the site opening, at all.
Or changes in the SSL / security configuration maybe?

After doing some tests, it seems there‘s an issue with the DNS configuration of this forum‘s domain

These tests point to a possible issue with IP V6 addresses not being able to find your website due to these missing records. And many internet providers in Germany are switching to IP V6 as default for their customers, in order to not run out of IP addresses.

EDIT: I can however access the forum with the TorBrowser, re-routing my requests somewhere around the world :)

I also cannot access the forum when connected to my home wi-fi. I have to do it from my phone using data.

any news on this issue?

Use a VPN to avoid the IP block that has inadvertently been applied to your Internet connection (the one that doesnt work) - Opera Browser has a free internal VPN you can use.

Even though most connections have a dynamic IP, in reality you keep ending up qith the same IP till the ISP does a flush/reset to your connection.

Eventually the block releases - sometimes quickly, sometimes after months. has happened to me twice in the last 3 years.

TT has no control over how ipv4 and ipv6 interacts. DNS updates and configs belong to those who are authorized to manage them. Local assigned ip can be blocked. If your ip is blocked, there are threads on how to work around it until the isp can fix it. TT has no control over this either. I have noted that TT has upgraded to a secure tls connection but if they let their certificate expire, all we can do is remind them.

The site started working again on my home wifi within the last week or two.
