Tecnifibre 2015

Hello everyone,

My name is Eric and I am currently working for Tecnifibre in our U.S. office. I wanted to start this thread to have a more active presence among this community and provide any information to the questions and concerns you may have.

I am relatively new to the industry so I may not have the answers to all of your questions but I will do my best or get you in touch with someone who may be able to provide better information.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
Eric

Hello Eric. When will the 2015 t-fights be available at TW Europe? Are you supplying them with demos?

Thanks.

Welcome to the forums. Is there any changes between the 2015 version of the T-fights vs the current version of the t-fight

how would you compare the tfight 325 2013 to the new one, or even to the new 315, im going to be purchasing new racquets when they come out so which do you think i should demo first

Will there ever be any extended racquets released from TF? I played with the original TFight 325 with the stock 27.4" length in college. But I've since played with plus versions of the APD and PD as I prefer longer racquets.

Welcome, Eric!

Joining the community is a great move by Tecnifibre.

You mentioned in another thread that the T-Fight 315 Ltd. (both 16M and 18M) will remain unchanged. Can you confirm that? There have been a few leaks of the 2015 catalogue and the Ltd. isn't even mentioned there (as opposed to the "normal" 315).

Welcome!
Can we arrange demos or ask specific product questions of TF through this thread or should we communicate about these things in some other fashion?

Welcome, Eric! My racquet may change, but my string remains Tecnifibre X-1 Biphase 17. Best. Ever.

Eric, welcome aboard. I've been playing Tecnifibre strings for the last 6 years and have really enjoyed them overall. I currently use Black Code and RazorCode and have some HDX Tour on the way. I'm looking forward to hearing what Tecnifibre has on the horizon!

Eric, are the HEAD pallets interchangeable with the Tecnifibre rackets since your rackets are merely copies of their rackets?

Hi Eric please give us some pictures and insights into the new technology and T fight racquets in the new range .

As for pictures and and insights into the new racquets and technology there is a link below to our official 2015 tennis catalog.

http://issuu.com/bernadetteray/docs/catalogue_tennis_usa_2015_nocoupe_h

The paint job you see here is not exactly the same as the actual but we all believe the new paint job is far superior. If you go to our facebook page, there you can see the updated pj.

The specs on the old 325 compared to the new 325 should be exactly the same. the 305 specs did not change either as these two are very popular for our junior and professional players. There is an enhanced "feel" you will experience when demoing them though.

As for the 315, this is a traditional open string pattern (16x19) which if you are looking to change to that I would suggest you demo that.

Hope this helps.

I have heard in the past they sometimes make a special batch of 325s in an extended length but I do not know how often that was done or if they are still doing it. When they did it was always a very limited quantity and mostly available to Europe.

This is true and they will remain the same (I am not sure on pj but i do not believe that is being changed either, no promises though). The 315 ltd is pretty much an exclusive racquet to the US market and we have worked very hard to ensure this racquet is here to stay and remain unchanged. USA and Great Britain share a catalog which is why it is not listed there.

Product questions you may ask through here, as for arranging demos I do not believe I can help much with that. If you are retail store you can contact the local rep or if not I am sure demo racquets will be available online. If you happen to be at Indian Wells this year we will be there and expect to have the new range there as well to demo.

Damn I can't believe I just ordered the 315 16 main ltd. a day before you posted this! The new TFight line looks amazing and the technology has me interested.

What bag is Chardy using? I didn't see it in the 2015 tecnifibre catalogue.

Chardy should be using the newest Pro Endurance line which should is listed in the catalog. I cannot remember exactly what he had at the Aussie and do not have a photo in front of me but again this should have been the new Pro line.

Welcome, Eric! My racquet may change, but my string remains Tecnifibre X-1 Biphase 17. Best. Ever.

Always great to hear this! X-one 17 is one of my favorite strings in our line to play with as well. I know someone else mentioned they would love to have this string in black and I could not agree more.

That is great to hear and we are really happy to see HDX Tour beginning to gain some traction. If your looking to move away from polys this is the string to do it with. We do have some more things in the oven but unfortunately I cannot comment on them.

This I am not exactly sure on as I have never swapped pallets on my sticks but I assume if you could do it in the past you will still be able to on this line.

Cheers for the confirmation. Do you know if TWE will continue selling this racquet?

Eric there is also another 315 Test Racket with 16 mains that is more open than the other 315s

Dave Dorsey said this one may be released in March after the other 315s but it will not have the Black Out paint job. This is also a TFIGHT model racket. If I recall it said TFIGHT Test Racket on the sticker on the handle.

TGV comes in black and is also a good multi string.

I do not know if this will continue to sell on TWE, if it is no longer listed I am not sure if it will be listed again. I believe it would be up to TWE and our team in France if they plan to continue that racquet there.
