Tecnifibre 2015

Eric there is also another 315 Test Racket with 16 mains that is more open than the other 315s
6857403dd6fedef08608894858814bde_zps65f32cd7.jpg

Dave Dorsey said this one may be released in March after the other 315s but it will not have the Black Out paint job. This is also a TFIGHT model racket. If I recall it said TFIGHT Test Racket on the sticker on the handle.

This 315 in the photo is part of the new 2015 range due in March and is completely separate from the ltds. It will only come in the 16x19 pattern and will be painted like the post prior to your original post. The blacked out model was just a test racquet we were sent in the states for demo purposes, it does look pretty great blacked out though.

Eric send me an email, tried to email you but you don't have that turned on in your profile.

The specs on the old 325 compared to the new 325 should be exactly the same. the 305 specs did not change either as these two are very popular for our junior and professional players. There is an enhanced "feel" you will experience when demoing them though.

As for the 315, this is a traditional open string pattern (16x19) which if you are looking to change to that I would suggest you demo that.

Hope this helps.

wonderful!!

so is the 315 not coming out with the 325?

Hello everyone,

My name is Eric and I am currently working for Tecnifibre in our U.S. office. I wanted to start this thread to have a more active presence among this community and provide any information to the questions and concerns you may have.

I am relatively new to the industry so I may not have the answers to all of your questions but I will do my best or get you in touch with someone who may be able to provide better information.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
Eric

And it starts with their racquet lines...about as simple and straight forward as you will find.

I don't know what Wilson is doing. It looks like they're going to end up something like HEAD...Burn, Steam, Juice, Blade, and ProStaff vs. Speed, Extreme, Instinct, Radical and Prestige. I gotta say, HEAD's gotta beat if names count for anything.:)

Hey I'm a little confused! I'm from europe and really interested in the TFight 315 ATP 16X19 Ltd. (http://www.tenniswarehouse-europe.c..._16X19_Ltd_Racket/descpageRCTECNIH-31516.html)

I can't order it from TW Europe right now, but I saw the new one on a different site being sold, under the name "TECNIFIBRE T FIGHT 315 DYNACORE ATP 2015". It lacks specs though so I'm a bit reluctant, not sure this is the right one. You said you are releasing a new TFight 315 absolutely identical in specs to the previous one, when? Is it going to be the same stiffness? Because Tecnifibre website says 69RA, is it a different model?

Different model.

So the identical one isn't released yet?

They are different frames. I think they are simply continuing production of the 315 Ltd (like Volkl does with the C10 Pro and Power Bridge 10 Mid). So, anything new there will simply be a cosmetic update, but I don't know that they're planning a new PJ for it. However, I believe he specifically noted it was being continued in the United States, but not everywhere, so it may no longer be available in Europe.

The one you listed is part of the new Dynacore line. The 315 has replaced the 320 it seems, but that is the only "new" 315 scheduled for release I believe. I think the reference to a previous one was regarding a 315 that predates the Ltd, but I could be wrong.

Post #28 states that the Ltd is pretty much exclusive to the U.S., so I don't know what that means with regards to availability elsewhere. The statement doesn't explicitly say one way or the other.

Hi.
I'm a tennis coach and will get sponsored by Tecnifibre.
Now I have to choose something.I'm currently (for years) playing/coaching with IG prestige MP.
Only choices I get here would be 305 or 325 tfight.
I'm maybe more into getting something lighter than Prestige...so 305 would be a choice but it's nothing like Prestige.
315ltd. is but it's no longer available...I have to choose something from 2015 collection. I will get the racquets for testplay but please give me some of your experiences with the frames.
Thank you...

I am currently using the 305. I came from the Prestige mp. I like the power and plow through that I get from the 305 over the Prestige. The stiffness is great for groundstrokes. The only thing I miss about the prestige is the fact that it was so headlight which was great for serving and volleying. I am currently trying out some weight configurations for the 305.

I am worried about that one too. SW is higher, and it's more HH than Prestige.
I love the amount of touch and feel about Prestige and it's very manueverable.
So...305 isn't so manueverable at volleys and serve!? Maybe some weight into the handle or to try and go with 325? Please old 325 users tell me something about manueverability and feel of 325 or 305.
Thank you.

I have tried putting weight in the handle but there is no trap door so you have to wrap it around the grip, then that messes up the grip. Yes it is not as maneuverable on volleys and serves. I haven't hit with the 325 in a while so I don't remember what it is like.

the 325 is plenty manuverable and its a very solid racquet to play with

It's crazy how successful the 315 ltd has been for Tec. Combined with the fact that Head changed the Prestige feel that some people don't like, I'm really amazed that Tec won't repaint the LTD and market it more.

It makes no sense to me really. Unless the rumors that these are their pro stock frames and were not intended for sale initially are true.

The Tec 315 is the same mold as the Prestige. It even has a Head pallet. If you ever wanted a PT57A, just go get this frame because it is the closest option you will have unless you want to shell out the big bucks.

I'd like to ask what is your statement based on? Any interesting sales data you're willing to share?

I wish. I was told this by the local rep I emailed here about the frame. She claimed it was selling well for them considering it was more of a niche/players racquet.

Thx. I'm always interested in sales vs TT & other discussion board opinions.
In my parts AFAIK they didn't sell more than usual.

Also quite often opinions and popularity of certain racquets here don't reflect the sales country or worldwide.

Thx again for answering.

Yep agree. I emailed to verify they would not discontinue the product and that was the gist of the response. Sales #s would indeed be nice to have.

Judging from the fact that the Ltd models are often out of stock and are much more expensive than the other models, it.s pretty clear that they are the best sellers.

We live in the Internet age and you can't fool people anymore. People know that the Ltd models are the pro stock models, that's why they sell.

I wish they would stop calling them TFight 315 because it's confusing, it suggests that they are just another model in the TFight line, which they aren't. They should just call them Tecnifibre Pro Stock Limited or something like that.

Not to disagree but I hit with my 315 ltd and my PT57A yesterday and I don't think they have the same feel. The 315 ltd feels much closer to the TGK 238.4 IMO. The 57A has a more pronounced flex and much lower power. But the 315 is a great stick, like you I will always keep 1 in my bag to have some fun hitting with.

Gino,

Please feel free to send an email to collgeinfo@tecnifibreusa.com as this is the best person to get in contact with in terms of what we can offer college students.

Tfight 300

Pros:
Great access to spin (heavy ball when hit clean , nasty slice)
Solid feel (for its weight class 295-305)
Stability
Maniability
Really connected to the ball (maybe stiff for some)
Serve really accurate with spin , slice etc , and you can hit flat bomb !

Coin
Really stiff even in hybrid (but no pain)
Not forgiving (you hit middle of court when you hit off center) , but not jarring at all
Power down a lot when off center (a part on serve , even you hit on upper you still have good pop)

Really for aggressive player , it s top to attack without fear to hit long , not good to defend with due to the low forgiveness

short review , sorry for my english

Could you compare it to the babolat pure drive as far as spin and power?

Less power , and spin than pure drive

more control ,solid feel and touch

difficult to compare these racquets , they are designed for differents needs/type of players

Hi Eric,

got a question regarding the new grommets: can they be replaced? When I held the new 305 in my hands, I could not imagine how to remove it due to the red new eyelets or how you call them. If you can replace them: will the old grommets also fit?

Did you guys also change the mold?

Thanks in advance

Benjamin

It's a 2 piece grommet, it is in the other tecnifibre thread. When you string it you'll feel a line that separates it, so I'm assuming you will pop in the eyelets

Demos (really to buy a few T's )

I would seriously be interested in some new 2015 T demos: 100 head size / either 16 x 20 , 18 x 20 or lastly 16 x 19 with heavier weights/swing weights..

welcome and thanks for reaching out to us on this forum
i was wondering if it would be too much for tecnifibre to post actual pictures and diagram of the strings they offer
to better see the inner contruction of the strings "a side cut" if you will
stringforum.net has a database they put together that shows us some of the strings, a better fuller databnase would be great

Indian Wells

You had mentioned in a previous page that Technifibre will be at Indian Wells this year..... Any chance they will be offering any promotions or discounts on the 315 16M? I plan on purchasing a few at the event and from past experience, TW has offered a discount AND free stringing of whatever string of choice included. Will Technifibre be selling sticks there or just marketing their sticks through the TW tent? TIA!

I do not have access to these images besides some mock up diagrams of what they should look like inside but I can definitely reach out to our team in France as I am sure they have images of all of our strings they could post there.

I do know that there will be some discounts again this year on racquets but I am not sure how they will be handling stringing of racquets. As for us, we will be there and have our racquets, strings, bags, and accessories for sale.

Hope this helps!

The swing weight specs in the new Tennis magazine, vs. TW's specs are pretty far apart for the new Tecnifibre frames: TFight 300 listed as 321 vs. TW's 316; TFight 315 listed as 334, vs. TW's 311.

Big difference; my money is on TW having the more accurate numbers.

Just curious where are you seeing TW listing the SW of the new 315s at 311??? None I have are below 330?
