My mains (Babolat Pro Hurricane Tour 17g-56lbs) are holding up great, but my crosses (Technifibre NRG2 17g-59lbs.) are fraying & breaking after about 20hrs.

Can anyone recommend a replacement for the Tecnifibre I use as crosses that will give me similar playability but more durability?

20 hours is great durability. you should be cutting your hurricane mains out after that amount of time anyway since they will have lost most of the playability.

stick with what you have and just re-string the whole racquet

Prince Premier with Softflex; Prince has it paired with the Prince Tour poly, which should recommend it to you.

I'll second the opinion that 20 hours is good durability, if you want more durability with similar playability/feel as suggested already.... use a thicker gauge. NRG2 comes in 16G
