Tecnifibre T-Fight ISO

Thought I have found a NOS RS305 yesterday in L3, but that was a false advertisement…. Thought it’d be nice to make a “matched” pair.
So bought a new ISO305 in L3 instead today. Should be here is a couple of days. Fingers crossed it’d easy enough to match the specs of my RS305. Will adjust the strung tension to suit too.

It turns out the new 305ISO is a “big boy”….. lol. Don’t think I have many unstrung SW over 300SW.

It is going to be fun matching to the RS305 playing spec.

Thoughts on the Tempo 298 Iga vs current ISO 300?
The Iga is no longer available for demo, but all the reviews make it sounds super appealing. I can demo the ISO 300, but all the reviews make it sound lackluster.

Is this crack in the frame or just overlaying paint? Do you feel the frame behvaes odd at impact with the ball?

Here is a frame Tfight 305 with small imperfections at the same area and still hesitate to buy it. https://ibb.co/g4Wbvt8
Come to think of it, my T-fights also had these cracks before I sold them. I figured they were completely inconsequential, but now I feel bad for selling them without mentioning them...

speed pr0 2022 easier to use .. bigger head but for me iso 305 better frame but need the skills to get the output from it

both decent frames, have heard of tennis elbow from players using speed pro 22

I’m debating of moving into a speed pro 2022. Anyone have any comparisons to this iso 305?
@ACT has said he liked the ISO 305 way more than the Speed Pro 2022. The ISO 305 was my main racquet for a while, and I demoed the Speed Pro 2022. I remember thinking that the Speed Pro was way more flexible and felt launchier than the ISO, but I liked it quite a bit. Weirdly, I mainly felt the launch on the feed, not on the rest of my game.

For what it's worth, I'm going to demo the Speed MP since I remember liking the feel of the Speed Pro 2022. I'm looking for a 16x19 since, weirdly, I'm getting much more control with the Diadem Nova I'm currently demoing than my current racquet, the Vcore 95 2021 model. The vcore is predictable in that I can predict the ball will hit the tape every time.

I have both. Frankly, I prefer the ISO 305, which does not feel hollow: it has more power and spin. More solid overall. I also prefer the Gravity Pro to the Speed Pro 2022.
Yeah I am looking for a bit more foregiveness while maintaining some control with lesser SW. 2022 is ironically for sale

I am waiting for the second ISO 305 in the hope of having a lower SW to know for sure. The GP is amazing, just the OHBHs are not "natural" and smooth like with the ISO. The only downside of the ISO is the SW of 340+, which influences my volleys. An ISO with 333-335 SW will be a winner, for sure! The GP remains in the bag for double matches; the volleys with the GP are unmatched.

Hmm, think I’m going to try my buddies T-fight for a bit then , although he has the previous version.

what is the unstrung SW of your first ISO 305?
Mine is a shade under 305SW, with plastic wrap on the handle... o_O

Nope.
The actual unstrung SW of my ISO 305 was 304.86SW (hence 305SW from the previous post) and the static weight was 308.xxg, with plastic wrapper still on the handle. lol
that's absurd.

correction- I see it's unstrung

Anyone got any feedback on the ISO 295? The earlier RS 295, with lead in the hoop, is a fantastic frame that seemed to go under the radar.
Looked good to me too, and I was considering trying it. Maybe the "295" scared me off too much. Oh yeah, also zero reviews on youtube makes it difficult to tell if the racquet is decent or not

Quick Q - does anyone know the weight of the T-fight butt cap, especially the L3? Thinking of changing the ISO305 but cap to a Head one, but wanted to know the weights/options before I start, as I currently have 6g of bluetac stuck on the buttcap. lol

mained the ISO 305 for the very first time last weekend for club matches and made the finals - very enjoable, it played very close to the RS 305 of the very similar (matched) specs. so much so, the 2nd ISO 305 should be delivered tomorrow.
fingers crossed the unstrung spec wont be too far off to the first ISO.
hopefully the 305s will last me until at least end of this year... lol (we will see about that!)

I’m actually stringing up one of my 305’s with 4G soft 1.25. As many times I have tried to change rackets - this racket is still home.
So I got out for the first time in a few weeks.
Sheesh. It showed in the first set. I stunk and wanted to quit tennis. Lol. In all seriousness after the rust shook off - 4G soft at 54 lbs felt very nice. The feel in the frame with a leather grip is fantastic. Strings needed a tad bit to settle in.
Provided some good spin. Will need more than 2-2.5 hours though with this string to call it better than razor code.

It’s also worth sharing : unless I build up the grip and add leather - I feel like I lose control of the grip with sweat slicking. Leather seems to be more stable with this frame.

Yeah. The TK82 grip is a tricky one. Had some challenges with the RS 305 when I first played with it. Had to bump up bevels 1 and 5 by about 0.3mm each to bring it to a more TK82S feel. lol

I have two head pallets on two of my rackets.
The L3 feels so much smaller on a speed pro than a L3 TF handle.

I’m in Florida and I struggle with sweat and slippery grips all the time in these summer months. I have some grip tape under the leather with a Toalson asistril grip that really does a nice job compensating.

Got some fresh update from tecnifibre distribuitor the new t fight 305 will came on february and boy o boy they will destroy the market. They will make the only 95 square inch racquet with foam inside at 18x19.From their word it will be the djokovic racquet for the masses and in direct competition with legendary vcore 95 but with better stability and plow trough.

That would be indeed amazing! The only legendary VCore 95 is the VCore 95D (Stan's racquet) IMO. ;) And why Djokovic? Medvedev plays with 95 head racquet and he is endorsing the T-Fight 305 after all.

Great ! Can we also expect some new techs inside the racquet or will it be mainly a paint job update ?

If it’s headlight - I’m curious how this will sell at a 95. I feel like the growing support for the 98 305 has for a high SW and those that stated they’d love the balance to shift slightly to the handle and SW to the 320s to 330 and it would be the perfect frame.

Is it that the 305 will be only in 95 or will they have a 98 option as well?

Is this is true I see them likely to have a 95 and 98 , time will tell of course
If they make some adjustments to the 98 sales will boom. Their 300 and 305 are top sellers right now.
I wonder if they get rid of the 315? Probably depends how it sells compared to their tf40 315 plus other 315s in the market.

No I don’t see any 95 in the lineups unless they came up with new spec.

315 is still there in the lineups.

Just wanna add one thing. From the design I saw, it does look glossy.

Hope they stay with the 98 for the new 305.
Anyway, the second ISO 305 was delivered this morning and it is a fatboy…. 309.xxg and 307.xxSW unstrung, with plastic wrapper.
Need to mod the grip shape and match to the first one. lol.

Still blows my mind how mfg. cannot get rackets within a 2 gram +| - tolerance. Anything over 2 to spec can throw folks off and isn’t correctable as you can’t reduce weight of a racket.

Glad to hear on the 95 rumor.
Hopefully the 305’s SW is more inline with the older XTC version.

White glossy will be interesting

Some players don’t like that shine see it as distracting and the white

I know they are a white company but black gloss would have been nice
