I really hope fritz pulls through, I personally think for him his backhands, volleys, movement & mental game has to be worked on a lot in the off season.

I agree with anything except #8. Felix is gonna get lucky enough to earn a 250 title at some point. Regarding #10 I think it will still be Med. He's just more solid in BO5.

It’s an illusion. They had quite similar year in Slams: both lost to mediocre Djokovic at AO, both lost to good Tsitsipas at RG, both lost to inferior opponents at Wimbledon. The only difference was that Medvedev found himself at the receiving end of one of the most laughable Slam-winning draws in history at USO, that ended with exhausted, dead Djokovic.

Sascha Zverev will win most titles

Carlos Alcaraz will win his first M1000

No, med vs zed semifinal would be likely as organisers would not let uso sf-f repeat because nole is going for #21

I don't think cam norrie wins anything above atp500

Aslan will hover around top50.

I don't think Rublev will end up being ranked higher than sinner if the Italian keeps his progress.

Tsitsipas will be out of top4, but will be in top8. Nadal returns to top4 by the end of july.

About FAA, I sure think he will win a title.

Berretini can reach Wimbledon semis, though I'm not counting on it. Repeating his 2021 RG-Wim-US success would be far from guranteed.

Medvedev or Zverev would be ranked number one at some point.

1. Zverev won the most title this year and seems better than Medvedev in Masters and smaller tournaments so I'll pick him.
2. Sinner in Montreal or Miami, Berrettini in Madrid or Cincinnati, Alcaraz in MC or Madrid, Karatsev in IW or Shanghaï. One of these 4. If I had to pick 1, Sinner.
3. In Australia if Djokovic doesn't play. Otherwise NO. So NO, because I still think Djokovic plays AO.
4. No
5. Yes. I was sceptical until recently but I'm more optimistic since he won Moscow. He will keep the same ranking or even go up next year.
6. No. Sinner will be ranked higher than Rublev.
7. No. He'll be between 5 and 10
8. Yes
9. Yes, Wimbledon. He is most certainly top-4 on grass right now. If he avoids Djokmedverev in his QF, he can literally do it in every slams IMO.
10. Do you mean THE BIG-3 (Fedalovic) or the current big-3 (Djokmedverev)? I think Medvedev or Zverev will be #1 at some point in 2022 especially if Djokovic skips AO. Zverev only has 360 points to defend in Melbourne, if he wins the title he is practically guaranteed to be #1. But someone else (other than Medvedev and Zverev)? No.

Copy/Paste from the other sub-forum:

1. Who will win the most titles? - Zverev (have a feeling 2022 is the year). Djokovic will not play enough tournaments to claim this spot
2. Who wins their first Masters 1000? - Ruud (Monte Carlo, Madrid or Rome)
3. Will we see at least one Slam final between Medvedev and Zverev? Definitely
4. Will Cam Norrie win a second M1000? No
5. Can Aslan Karatsev repeat after his breakthrough year? No, I think that was it. He is where he belongs now
6. Will Andrey Rublev be higher ranked than Jannik Sinner by end of year? No
7. Does Tsitsipas maintain a spot in the top 4? If he recovers well - Yes
8. Does Felix Auger-Aliassime win his first title (finally)? Yes
9. Does Matteo Berrettini reach SF at any Grand Slam? No - his backhand is too big of a liability
10. Does someone outside of the big 3 take the top spot at any point in the year? (Name the player) Perhaps Medvedev or Zverev but I feel that Djokovic will hold it throughout 2022

This is fun. I expect to get zero of these right lol.

1. Who will win the most titles? Nadal (by playing smaller clay events)
2. Who wins their first Masters 1000? Alcaraz
3. Will we see at least one Slam final between Medvedev and Zverev? Yes
4. Will Cam Norrie win a second M1000? No
5. Can Aslan Karatsev repeat after his breakthrough year? I think he makes multiple small event finals, but deep slam runs are not likely. Stays in top 20 just barely? Hope I'm wrong.
6. Will Andrey Rublev be higher ranked than Jannik Sinner by end of year? Mmm, good one. I'll say yes because I like Mr. Bweh
7. Does Tsitsipas maintain a spot in the top 4? Yes. I assume he does worse at the start of the year, has similar clay season results, and a better summer-fall than 2021
8. Does Felix Auger-Aliassime win his first title (finally)? I'll say no.
9. Does Matteo Berrettini reach SF at any Grand Slam? I'll say yes.
10. Does someone outside of the big 3 take the top spot at any point in the year? (Name the player) I'll go with Med, right after Wimbledon.

There is only one big 3. Right now, we have one of the big 3, and a little three (Med, Zed, and Stef). You can't include Med or Zed until they wins at least 2 Slams.

I think you are comparing Med to Zed? Then Med is more solid in Bo5. Zed still hasn't beaten a top 10 opponent in Bo5. Although I suspect that changes at AO.

1. Who will win the most titles? - Zverev
2. Who wins their first Masters 1000? - Rublev
3. Will we see at least one Slam final between Medvedev and Zverev? - Most likely at the USO
4. Will Cam Norrie win a second M1000? - I hope not
5. Can Aslan Karatsev repeat after his breakthrough year? - Nope.
6. Will Andrey Rublev be higher ranked than Jannik Sinner by end of year? - I'd still day yes
7. Does Tsitsipas maintain a spot in the top 4? - Depends how he looks after surgery.
8. Does Felix Auger-Aliassime win his first title (finally)? - Yes, but I want the hilarity of him not winning to persist.
9. Does Matteo Berrettini reach SF at any Grand Slam? - Yeah, at Wimb
10. Does someone outside of the big 3 take the top spot at any point in the year? (Name the player) - probably Medvedev as Djokovic has a ton of points to defend.

Djokovic almost wins CYGS this year and no questions about his role in 2022.
Interesting.
