Relief for my Hands Arthritis

Arthritis is beginning to enter my hands, the shapes of my joints are changing and I have pain on a fairly regular basis.
I am loosing the strength from my hands. The grip is no longer complete and I'll drop things or have a hard time trying to open a jar or a package.
I just got Integralight, but I already can tell the difference. I put the light on the joints of my fingers, back and palm of my hands for 2 minutes per area and the full flexibility is back, the full range of motion is back and the pain is gone.
Several hours later or even sometimes a day later, if I feel the pain starting to come back, I just use the light again.
I also can say that my pain crises are getting less frequent and I'm no longer needing my pain killers.
