I have tendonitis in my right index finger extensor tendon. It had been bothering me for a few weeks and I tweaked it during a serve last night. Went to the doc today and my plan is ice 20 min three times a day and keep it immobilized with an ace bandage for a week. Ibuprofen quite a bit. Has anyone had a weird injury like this? I am thinking no tennis for two weeks minimum.
