Every time I interact with TC+ they manage to make me wonder why I bother dealing with them. My TC+ subscription expired this week and it so happens I received the USTA promo code for 25% off my subscription. When I enter the promo code TC+ indicates it is an invalid code. The USTA web site says the offer is valid through June of 2023 so it is not that it is expired.
I spent half an hour poking around the TC+ unhelpful help robot and unhelp pages and dug up the following:

IMPORTANT NOTES:
My subscription is expired so it is not "an existing subscription". They aren't asking me to set this up under a new ID simply to use the code are they?
Has anyone gotten the promo code to work?

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- You cannot activate a code on an account with an existing subscription. You must unsubscribe and wait until it has expired before the system will allow you to redeem it on the checkout page.
- Coupon codes can only be redeemed on the website, this option is not available on the Tennis Channel app.
