Tennis Channel's coverage of Rogers cup (and more) has been awful lately

Who else finds their coverage lackluster. Besides the usual Annacone drone and annoying commentators I mean since this thread isn't about them.

I'd like to watch some men's matches on the basic Tennis Channel without having to buy another tier of coverage... Kachanov/Wawrinka, Thiem/Shapovalov, Thiem/Medvedev, Zverev/Khachanov, Nadal/Fognini, etc at the Roger's, but no we get like 5 women's matches and one men's match each day in the featured matches. I don't know if there is some kind of quota that they are trying to adhere to but it is beyond frustrating.

By putting the better matches on TC+ they are actually pushing me in the opposite direction. I'll most likely cancel my sub soon.

I haven't had a chance to watch it live, but I was watching the replay last night of Khachanov/Auger-Aliassime. It was in the 2nd set and Khachanov had just gone up 4-3. Commercial break. When they came back AA was serving up 2-1 in the second set. I thought I had hit a button on my remote by accident, so I rewound. Nope. After the commercial they went backwards about 20 minutes. Wow.

I don't know if there is some kind of quota that they are trying to adhere to but it is beyond frustrating.

I believe ESPN has the rights to certain matches on the men's side. TC gets WTA matches and the ATP leftovers ESPN doesn't want.

The best (or worst depending on where you sit) is when ESPN obtains the rights but chooses to cut away to Little League Baseball or fishing.

Mostly I was just fast forwarding through and watching the ends of women's sets, then watching the men's if it's there.

Get a tennis tv from the official ATP site, not tennis channel, it has everything you need even though I am not subscriber. The only downside is that they do not cover Grand Slams. I do not need Tennis TV because TSN has a right to ATP and Slams except for 250's. I might need to subscribe this site if more Canadians are playing more 250's than normal in the near future. Also it's becoming harder to watch a live match during middle of the night for any European/Asia events and might watch a replay on a convenience time.
