Tennis elbow but not tennis elbow?

I just noticed this yesterday, after I finished playing tennis. I felt some discomfort, but no pain, in my elbow area. The best way for me to describe this tendon is:

Hold your right hand straight out as far as you can, and have your palm face up. Find that little elbow "bump" on the left side of the elbow. Put your finger on the "bump" and move it towards you about 1-1.5 inch. thats the tendon that felt some discomfort. This morning, I applied some pressure with my finger, and it doesn't feel as "solid" as my other elbow.

Wat is this?

Since you say this is above the elbow, that would seem to be in the area of the triceps tendon. Triceps tendonitis is less common in tennis players than golfers elbow which would be occuring on this side, but just at and below the elbow.

The usual first treatment of an inflammatory condition is rest and ice. This would be true for triceps tendonitis: http://www.sportsinjuryclinic.net/cybertherapist/back/elbow/triceptendinflam.htm
Obviously, if the pain is not getting better quickly, you should have it checked out medically.

Be very careful with this injury if it is triceps tendonitis. That is how my elbow problems started. I must have altered my form to avoid the pain after awhile and then started developing Golfer's Elbow too.
