Here's my breakdown on tennis elbow:
If you have tennis elbow, you should have a painful and difficult time picking up a waterbottle or opening door knobs. First, go to a physical therapist to get a diagnosis and treatment options. Since it is tendonitis, if you try to tough it out you could never play tennis again. Stretch, massage, and ice immediatly. If you just take time off it will come back again. Also, go to a coach about your form because it can be form related. My miracle cure was the Dynaflex power ball pro, which I highly recommend. I just had an imbalance in my muscles, and doing a few excercises had put away the problem. Thats just my story, but I would recommend that if you don't want to go to a physical therapist massage, ice, and stretch and get a dynaflex powerball pro
