I think im showing signs of tennis elbow. My forearm hurts when i serve and when i hit a hard backhand the end of my tricep by my elbow hurts. Also my wrist is hurting a bit. I have conference tommorow, so i was wondering what i can do to help it so it feels better tommorow. Should I ice it, massage it, etc?

Since tennis elbow can affect so many different parts of the arm, I was just wondering is this tennis elbow?

Red = pain.

ice your elbow and make sure you stretch it really will before taking big shots. if youre using pro hurricane full job, that may be a problem. also 59lbs may be too high for you. pro hurricane is also pretty harsh. maybe some sppp or zo life co poly might help. you can also try stringing at 52-55lbs and see if that helps. also if you have many off center shots with poly, you could go back to synth until you hit the sweet spot more consistently.

I also think the pro hurricane may be a big part of your problem, as it sounds like your whole foream, wrist and elbow are all taking a beating. Also there are a lot of more flexible, more arm friendly frames than the K 6.1.
The basics for treating any painful inflammatory condition is RICE - Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation.
Yes, that first one is rest. It sounds like you have the big conference matches starting tomorrow, but you really should take a break after that so it doesn't turn into a chronic nagging problem that bothers you all summer.

You've got a number of issues occurring. The issues in bold are typical TE symptoms. The other is a wrist issue.

What type of racquet and string are you using? The equipment listed in your signature? If so, it doesn't surprise me you're having arm issues.

What type of conference? Tennis?

Ice it after playing and self-massage any time helps, too.

I dont use pro hurricane anymore but im using something almost as worse, isospeed pyramid in the mains and zo magic in the crosses, (a copolymer). There at pretty high tension too, I'll change it after the season is over to a synthetic gut It's still hurts sometimes in certain strokes in tennis, however I dont feel it when im doing anything else.

a pt could recommend some great strengthening routines with light weights, as boxers we do them all of the time...my first martial arts coach taught me a one hour therapeutic hand saver: non weight resistance exercises for finger muscles, stretching, strengthening, massage routine, for fixing up hands, very Zen as all of the nerves meet in the hands, feet and ears.
