My local tennis association is looking to build an indoor complex of 4 hardcourts housed within a metal building with two small locker-rooms and a small proshop/lobby. We've had a few meetings, and are trying to determine things like building/parking costs as well as operating costs. Our city might donate the land on which to build the courts which is a plus. Beyond that, we've looked into grants from the USTA, which might be an option. Have any of you been a part of a similar project, and would you care to share any of your knowledge with me? Thanks -
