Booked a trip to Spain in February - destination will be Madrid and then Malaga. Planning to tour the southern part of Spain and may be drive up to Lisbon, Portugal. I know the Malaga offers sunshine / temperature climate year round. I am travelling with my family - both teenage sons plays tennis - planning to bring our racquet with us to test out our skills on the Spanish clay.

WOndering if anyone can suggest a place to play tennis there and the fees for court time - I don't think Malaga offers public courts there.

Hello,

I was in Madrid last month, watching the WTA year end champs. Offcourse we had our gear with us and also played ourself. Court time was generally 5-7EUR/h. Most of the time we played in the tennis club near Casa di Campo park/lake, because it was close to the WTA venue. Btw, that club only had hardcourts. Actually, during my trip I didn't see a single clay court in Madrid... But there where plenty of them in Sevilla area (Andalucia) where I was in June.
