Any player here from Vancouver, BC? I am spending a week there at the end of month. Wondering if anyone is interested in hitting? My level is 4.0. I'll be staying within walking distance of Guelph Park.

Also any suggestion on local stores for shopping tennis gears?

Ah c'mon, Dennis. You gotta check out the 21 court complex at Vancouver's Stanley Park! Free court time, usually. I was there recently when they had their annual tournament, the largest public open tourney in North America!

The last time I played a tourny was last year at the Burnaby open at 4.0 level. Lost my first round in my first tourny with score of 7-6, 6-0.

Thx for the game Takeuchi. I wanted to put up a better fight, but failed. I did as much as I could with what I had on that day. I think you saw glimpses of my other half though. The last 2 forehands I hit. One was a flat drive the next one was a shank. After the shank, was the end of our short rally session.

Hopefully I improve some more to play against you again. (Working on the serve.)
