Tennis is #1 for Longevity

Wonder how pickleball will fare once they start including it in their studies as it is much more social than tennis and easier for older seniors.

I posted my impressions here on PB injuries. I have never seen so many injuries in my entire life playing tennis as I have seen in the maybe 30 hours I have watched and played it.

One of the reasons I continue to play tennis is my body as injuries that PB only makes worse. Lower back disc issues and two repaired knees. I can control my movement much better in tennis than PB. I have seen many players in PB fall over, try to make quick moves and twist knees and ankle. Folks getting hit in the face/eyes at the net.. etc.

My ortho doctor and my PT tells me they are making a mint... from injured PB players.

These articles support my observations and what folks are telling me.
