I ordered demos online about a month ago and never received them. I had other items in the order as well and those didn’t ship either. Some of the racquets return dates keep changing to be due further out when I check the order update. It seems weird. When I call it’s always a long wait but I get to someone and they tell me things will be shipped in a few days with UPS 2 day service. Has this happened to anyone else? It seems very odd but they seem like a reputable site. My first time ordering from them.

Sometime they have to wait for demos to be returned before they can ship them to you. As you can imagine, not everyone returns demos in a timely manner. All TW can do is give you an approximate date if the demo is not on hand already. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.
Instead of calling, you can also contact live chat support if you need to talk to them.

No that isn’t what I’m referring to and that order was just placed today. I cancelled the order that never arrived and ordered these three demos today because they were in stock. I will just get on the list to try the other 3 in my original order later if I’m still looking to demo them, they were all babolat racquets. I was told by your rep it’s normal that it could take a few months because nothing ships until everything is ready, even if there are items other than demo racquets in the order. I was told the order I made today with the babolat,prince, and yonex racquets would be shipped out tomorrow but may be delayed due to the hurricane. Thank you for looking into this!
