morning guys. this aussie open is killing my sleep patterns. been up since 3:30 watching the live matches.

hollywood -- yes you can connect the xbox 360 to your home network either wirelessly or wired. then you can connect to any or all pc's on your home network and access their videos, music and photos. performance depends largely on how fast your pc is and your wireless signal if you go that route. you can also plug in a usb hard drive or flash drive and play said videos, music or photos.

jrstreaker - sorry your match didn't go so well but at least you got to play tennis. was your opponent a 4.0 player who plays up in the 4.5 or a legit 4.5 player? :evil:

i had pretty heavy snow which towards the evening started to freeze on the back roads. no tennis with PPL and the auzzie. i did however save a lot of money on car insurance by switching to geico.

He was a 4.0. You have have to subtract about .5 from the league rating at sport and health (4.0 S&P = 3.5 USTA). But from what the guy said, there seems to be a few 3.0s who think they have 4.5 game.

Match would have been better if I could freaking hit a back hand......

Topaz departed safely. We had an awesome time, although she is experiencing a severe case of whiplash from trying to return my kickers.

One other note>>> she played very well with the KPS88, and has a text-book toss. Her game all-around has really improved, so kudos to her for putting the work in on the courts. You should all be very proud!!!!

Thanks so much Drak! It was a pleasure to once again play on the clay underneath the palm trees. And I'm ecstatic to have some pictures and video of my playing, especially with the KPS88!!!

Auzzie and Vitaly, you may be interested to know that while I was down there, I demoed the RDS003 from one of the local tennis shops down there. Felt ok, but when I switched back to my kTour afterward, it was like night and day. Ktour for the win!

Even as a a steeler (lite) fan - I thought that was definitely pass interference. He tackled/tripped the guy before the ball was even there.

And the Cardinals lost a fumble recovery earlier because of a bungled call; think that might have changed the game a little bit? They do even out, ya know.

good point though that the refs botched that kickoff call just before the half. cards should've had another easy 3 or 7 on the scoreboard. the curtis call at the end seemed right to me in a karmic sense.

Sappy, are you back from NY? I was very lucky, as I got in right at 10:30, and was in my apt by noon. Dulles was practically deserted, my suitcase was the fifth one out of the baggage claim, I had no wait for a shuttle to parking, and about a half hour to drive home. I had a window, and I made it!!! Tons, and I mean TONS of cops were out on the roads, though.

You know, I have no idea, but I signed up for an emergency text alert system, and from my understanding, the metro is pretty messed up right now.

I would assume that Adams Morgan would be packed with post-inauguration revelers, though. I don't think that would be so off base! When are you planning to come back?

The Parkway was deserted around 11am!

You can also use Gallows Road and Columbia Pike to get in the Annandale Area...google maps is your friend. I would give you the directions but I can't remember the street names off the top of my head.

I meant I just ordered it today... probably won't arrive until Friday or 6:05pm on Thursday (which is what usually happens).

I also got me two pairs of shorts, the charcoal one's like Nadal was wearing too and a black pair. I'm not a Nadal fanboy, but when I'm home and bored I end up buying **** off the internet.
