Tennis Warehouse New Website Bugs - Post them here

There are quite a few bugs on the new website. While many of us are unhappy with the new site, let's do TW a solid and highlight some issues we are finding so they can get straigtened out.

For me, when you go to Men's Shoes>>>Babolat>>> none of the Propulse Blast shoes actually show up. As far as I can figure out, the only way to get the Propulse Blasts to show is by searching for them in the search bar.

Is there a way to be notified when a certain size of a particular shoe comes back in stock? Sometimes a shoe will show no available sizes at all, not even a backorder date.

Hi @CosmosMpower -

If we are expecting a shoe to come into stock (or back into stock as the case may be), the sizes will be visible on the website and show an estimated "in stock" date. To request notification, you can click on the little alarm bell icon and enter your email address. If shoe does not show sizes, it means that we've sold out of that item and the system hasn't had time to update and remove the shoe from our available listings.

We're the customer. TW is the one that should be doing the solid and giving us a website that isn't bug filled, like, you know, the one they had. It's the very definition of their job.

Ironically, the 'Fit Details' portion of a clothing item doesn't fit the screen in portrait orientation, at least on the few men's polos that I was looking at.

Thanks! Been looking for Court FF2 to come back in stock in size 10 for a while now :)

From the homepage, menu > Tennis Shoes > Men’s Shoes > New Arrivals = new men’s Nike shirt arrivals, instead of new shoes.

Did you intend to remove the New Arrivals link from the homepage?

When will @TW Staff respond about this misstep? Why are you continuing to use an inferior site and make your customers have a negative experience. In past I’ve always bought from you over the other sites but why would I now? This is not people just complaining to complain, the new site is not an improvement whatsoever. Why are you standing behind this decision, at least provide your customers with the reasoning to change the site so maybe we can have an glimpse into your thoughts.

Changing password: I went the the forgot password process, was able to copy the temp password to login, but couldn’t paste it on the change password page - normally, you would go to a page from the email to change the password, then log on to the site with the info, but not on the TW site.

Thanks for the heads up. When we try, we are able to paste the temporary password, so if possible, could you share some more information which kind of device you were having issues with or maybe send a screenshot? You could send it via email to discussadmin@tennis-warehouse.com. Thanks again!

Thanks for the follow up @srvnvly. We tried it on iPhone X and were able to paste so are not sure what was happening. If this glitch pops up again, let us know and we'll take another look.

Sounds like user error on my part ;-) Any chance of getting the New Arrivals splash back on the homepage?

I think the new arrivals splash graphic was removed for some US Open graphics but will be back. We'll pass it along.
