Tennis Warehouse Playtest: Babolat Pure Strike VS 2022

But I don't want him to go with polys strings at all for now because he didn't break this setup even after 10-12 hours of intensive trainings and they are too stiff for a teenager.
Have a reel of Babolat Origin 16 G and want to try it on PSVS.
What tension you can suggest for full bed of BO to keep control, power and feel on this racket?
First of all, I would first try a flipped hybrid. With the non-poly in the mains. You'll get better touch, higher power, easier depth, more comfort, a larger sweet spot, higher snapback-based spin, and a much more fluid, non-locking string bed. As for reigning in the depth and adding control, you can simply string higher in tension, and with non-poly in the mains, comfort will still be there.

Hello, experienced users of PSVS!
Long story short - my son 15yo plays with PSVS and usually I strung it with hybrid setup Technifiber 4S in mains and Origin/TN2/Gutex Ultra/XCell in crosses 23.5/22.5kg.
But I don't want him to go with polys strings at all for now because he didn't break this setup even after 10-12 hours of intensive trainings and they are too stiff for a teenager.

I read in others topics different opinions - some suggest going higher, up to 60lbs (27kg), because the string is powerful, others - to stay with 50-52lbs (22-23kg) - but it probably might depend on a racket?
Thank you!
OK, 1. the 4S for your young son is a too stiff poly, try on mains Tecnifibre Razor Soft 125 (green-yellow or black) at same tensions 21-22kg with 2. good Multifilament on crosses at 22-23 kg (+1kg).
I string for many people of all levels. I tried all set ups combos possible. I use this set up, PolyM/multiX and am much much older than your son.
This racket and its control lets me play with power and comfort always. I have 6 frames, one even with gut for dry days. Best racket I've ever play with and keep trying other models.
