Attention Talk Tennis Members:

We have a VERY Limited number of Head Graphene 360+ Extreme MP and Tour racquets (grip size 4 3/8) for a playtest (that launch later this month). This playtest is open to USA Talk Tennis members only.

VERY IMPORTANT: Playtesters will be required to get their test racquet strung. Each racquet will be shipped with Head Lynx Tour Grey and Velocity. Some of you may receive a racquet that is pre-strung - feel free to restring with the included string.

Application period is now closed. Playtesters will be notified via email by Wednesday, July 8th 2020.

Specs:

  • Tour unstrung: 27"/ 98 sq in /10.8oz / 9HL / Strung SW: around 315-322
  • MP unstrung: 27"/ 100 sq in /10.6 oz / 6HL / Strung SW: around 324-330

We have a very limited quantity of racquets to playtest. We select playtesters based on a number of factors, including message board participation and performance on past playtests.

Your review is due by August 14, 2020.

Posting a full review by the deadline is necessary to remain in good standing for future playtests. Reviews lacking sufficient effort will result in disqualification from the playtest program.

Include the following in your review:

Racquet received:
String and tension used for test:
Tennis experience/background:
Describe your playing style (i.e. serve & volley):
Current racquet/string setups:

I'm looking forward to this one. Hopefully it keeps improving with the 360+ line like the Speed and Gravity.

Super excited to test these. Would definitely like to compare against the Babolat PA VS and Clash 98!

The Tour version certainly seems interesting. Not usually a big fan of this line of racquets but I'm certainly curious about this new version, especially since one of the racquets in my bag currently is the MG Instinct MP and also is a more player oriented version of that powerful line. So should be fun to compare the two and to see what this new version holds.

New color way looks awesome, and the initial feedback on the forums is awesome... I've hit with the Extreme 360 MP once, and it was way better than aero. D1 player who just came into the area also plays 360 MP with lynx tour. Maybe I'll get her feedback too if selected.

Accidentally sent my application through the wrong email... Will submit again with the correct one, hopefully it doesn't affect my chances!

Berrittini is also using the frame if you watch any UTS matches. I wonder if playtesters will get the all black prototype color.
I hope its the black, but the new paint job is pretty nice, a very Pure aero vs look

Just went to my tennis store, for a demo racket, and they lend me a Head Extreme pro but all back ( 2020 model ) , anyone knows this color for the extreme ? I didn’t manage to post a picture

Anybody got the flex? I’d imagine it’s right around 62-66.

I’ve used the Extreme MP since the Microgel days. The MG extreme was incredibly similar to play with as my APD’13 but easier on the arm. I did groove nicely with the Graphene MP but I fell in love with the Graphene Lite versions as they had a low flex, low vibrations. high TW and plenty of room for me to customize to my liking. To me that Graphene Lite was the original Clash. Soft, flexy, tweener. I recently started hitting with the 360 Graphene Extreme Lite and it really reminds me of the first Graphene's with that same comfortable flex and big sweet spot! My specs are right in line with the MP so I’m hoping to test the 360+ to see how it stacks up.

I have loved playing with the speed and the prestige, trying the extreme would be a treat! Are they both 16x19 string pattern?

Exciting time for the 305 gram, 31.5 cm "player's frame" market which includes modern attributes like a 16x19/20 string pattern, relatively firm hoop and flexible throat, and roughly 320 swing weight. Head, Babolat, and Yonex are all targeting this spec. Interested to see how the 360+ Extreme Tour compares to the 2020 Ezone 98 which is becoming one of my favorite frames.
