I demo’d the 300s, 305s, and 315s. The 305s was a fun hit but didn’t think it would work for me long term. 300 100” seems really appealing to me. Have you tried it?
How did you find the 315s? I'm surprised nobody talks about it. Their main customer target appears to be 300/305 base.

For those who put their name in this lottery..
Which frame did you punch your ticket for???

Ive "asked" :-D for the 305S

The Gloss White & Extra Controlled Pattern are the only 2 reasons

Currently using a Ezone 98 which kinda plays like an 18x20 so should be in the ballpark

I LOVE it. Best control tweener I’ve ever tried. More power than blade 100, more stability than any of the thinner beamed 100s, better feel than the speed MP which is my current stick, and better serves and volleys than anything not a clash/vcore/ezone (which I don’t love for how overpowered they are)!

I had more detailed thoughts in the official t fight thread.
Dunlop cx400 tour?

Also better, more stable, more controllable power. I loved the 400tour on defense but I couldnt safely attack flat shots. That’s why I had moved on to speed mp. But for me this is better!

I had a pair of 2015 tflight 300 racquets that I picked up second hand. I was expecting butter smooth love at first stroke, but there was something about them that I just didn't gel with. I always wondered if there was something "wrong" with them since I got them used.

The 300 is more similar to what I currently play with, but I like the specs on the 305S a little more. Fingers crossed.

Love the 18x19 pattern, it is the future.

Companies need to recognize it is the modern 18x20.

I also applaud TF for sticking with white as the base color. I like it. They do pretty classy paintjobs.
I don't know if it's the future - but definitely a great option to have - same with a 16 x20 option. I've played 18x19 set ups and really liked them. They really suit softer frames, like the older Blade 104s which had 18x19 and an extended length. Some great players have used this set up too - like Agassi, Djokovic and Medvedev !! Great players who had / have great returns among other things !!

I do love the red white and blue - this would be VERY nice kit !!

Its an option... I dont really treat it any differently than a tight 16x19 or open 18x20

Quite a bit different.
I see why people think this but it is different.

I also see why rec players who spend a lot of time on forums (yes, including me) tend to get distracted and think some specific "new" thing is the next big thing and start announcing it to the world... And Yes I do that too.

Not what I'm doing.
My comment about it being the future was tongue in cheek.
I do think it can ellipse the 18x20 for the modern game.
Also depends on technique, I'd say.
The extreme windshield wiper topspin probably doesn't notice differences in patterns as much.
I'm a little more traditional and the dense patterns are more consistent for me.

It seems like most of Technifibre's entire racquet catalog is geared toward, "players racquets." I do like it when a company is more specialized than generalized in whatever their product line happens to be.

This release reminds me of this video
The Tecnifibre guy was telling Iga that she doesn't need a higher swingweight to get more power.

I played with the old iso 315 but i wanted to use the 305 because it was so solid and could demolish flat serves. But the SW was just too much for my wristy forehand. I'm hoping the new 305s is easier and allows for customisation better. Good job by tecnifibre tweaking the lineup after getting customer feedback!

For anyone trying to decide, possibly this saves a bit of trouble...

Technifibre's range of offerings is very impressive !! I'd like to try them all out over a few weeks. So far everyone that I know that has tried them has been impressed. I think the foam filling lends a certain feel and comfort that tames the harshness that some frames fall victim too. I like that they have a lower RA and are using a slightly thicker RSL beam to deliver a bit more punch !!

I got to use a 315S recently and I'm switching to it from an older yonex ezone 98. The feel is great, it's not as soft as sub 65 RA rackets but it's soft enough to not give me any eblow issues. It's almost like the love child of a solinco whiteout and a blade. The foam technology works and produces an amazing sensation at contact, super solid and easy depth. Spin is good even with the round string from the demo. The beam isn't too thick and comes around nicely. What sets it apart is the solidity at contact and the more forgiving nature of the frame compared to ezone 98s, blades, and radical mps that have always been so-so in this department.

It swings easy enough for the weight too so for those who want to add weight there's definitely room there. I wouldn't add a super low powered string or something too thin in diameter though. I'm settling on tour bite soft 16L for mine and I would advise more people to use softer, more powerful copolys or drop tension a bit in these 98s rather than string up something like volkl cyclone in the 50s. Makes for a much more enjoyable hitting experience.

The handle length might seem a bit short if you're used to a plus length frame or overwrapping an overgrip. Same with the grip shape, but these are all minor sacrifices that, to me, are worth adapting to. A 3/8 in technifibre size works perfectly as someone who was using a yonex 3/8.

I don't want to overrate it in fear of the honeymoon phase giving me a bias, but I'd venture to say that this is one of the contenders for the top racket of 2025. Just a solid, fun to hit with frame that is built with quality and the update actually fixes an issue I had with previous versions (That issue being too stiff of an RA). Its rare and appreciated when a company will actually solve problems in newer versions rather than create new ones in the pursuit of the next greatest "technology".

Thanks for sharing, I applied for the 315s since I'm playing better with some weight. Most of the reviews are on the 300 and the 305 and I was a bit concerned on why people don't like or even try the 315.

I think some people would rather play it safe and get a frame that's customizable rather than one where you're sort of stuck with it if it's too heavy. Reminds me of when I tried to jump into using the volkl c10 pro when I wasn't anywhere near conditioned enough to use it effectively.

To me this 315 is the real sleeper. It's so easy to just pick it up and use it right out of the box. No customizations really needed.

@AgressivelyFrames - How do you like the string bed on the 315S? A bit too open/launchy sometimes up in the 10-to-2 area, or not too bad? Do have more of a swipe-y or flatter technique?
The string bed didn't feel very launchy to me. I am more of a spin technique player so I always like when I get a bit more help from the racket (like in the case of tweeners). That being said, I think a flat hitting player may be surprised with how much they enjoy this frame. It will add some extra margin to flat shots and when paired with a good string, can help aging players keep some punch on the ball compared to other flat hitting options out there.

@AgressivelyFrames - Thanks. The 98 16x19's (300S and 315S — identical mold and drill pattern on both) has garnered mixed feedback in the precision department is RS and ISO generations (whose drill spacing seems unchanged from then to now). Typically, it seems to be the players with more spinny/brushy technique tend to give it a bit higher marks, as they're deriving more of the control from spin itself; the same players also tend to rate other more open-patterned sub-100's in a similar light (PA98, SX/FX, Elevate, etc). It's usually the flatter hitters where feedback starts to waver, as many of them tend to need a bit of extra central density to maintain precision (Rad, Strike, EZ98, 305S, etc.). As for me, I tend to fall into that latter group, but I aim to remain open-minded about the 300S/315S, and will definitely give them a go at some point, probably with thicker strings to help close up the pattern a bit and stack things in my favor.

Would definitely like to try the 305S, playing on 1819 and 1820 Blades at the moment in search of the next latest and greatest especially given the rave reviews. The strung specs look so enticing!

Looks like a lot of people have applied for the 305S!

Indeed. It's going to be jam-packed. I'm willing to bet they give most of the playtests to newer folks, which is only fair really. Everyone should get to enjoy this experience!
Yeah that is my assumption.
I’m interested to hear everyone’s feedback especially those that have not played with a Tfight 305 or 18x19 pattern.

On paper - it doesn’t look like the 300S and 315S changed much.
I always felt the 300 ISO was under looked and now being hyped with Iga Endorsing the racket. SHe did so in January 2024-1 year after the release.

Alex tennis advocated this was one of the better platform frames on the market.

Yes..305 seems to be the passion..
I believe there is a great thirst for a 305 gram frame that is not from the big 3..
If Tecnifibre can capture this thirst.. good for them..

The market has spoken. 305g is the magic 98-100” number. AND people want some geometry beyond a classic box beam but something less than the craziness that is the eZone and its ilk… this seems to slot right in and manage to keep some feel.

I suspect it will do well! Hope I can find out with the 305S test :) I would like to try my gut/4G hybrid I’ve been using in all my 18m sticks
