Tennis warehouse wont accept my credit card for security reasons.

I placed an order today for Germany, both billing address and shipping address were the same and on my friends name who is from Germany. I entered the address and i entered MY credit card information ( I am not from Germany, I am from North Macedonia and my country was not one of the listed countries for a billing address so i put his). An hour later i get an email saying that my credit card was declined for security reasons (they probably thought someone had stolen my credit card, im guessing).
How can I place the order from North Macedonia, a country from Europe that is not listed in the billing address but have the products delivered to the German address?

This happened to me many many years ago. I used a Mastercard, and for some reason every online shopping website reject my Mastercard credit card.

Then, I used my VISA credit card, and never have any problem.

But now I mostly use Paypal.
