Tennis Workout

I'm wanting to start playing tennis again in the Spring. I need some type of workout to help me get back in shape and increase stamina, flexability, and strength.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Tennis fitness with medicine ball. Use the bouncy ball type, the non bouncing ball is not appropriate for this exercise.
