Can’t tell you how many strings I’ve tried. Current playing with tourna blue big hitter 1.25. What I’ve tried:

- head: Lynx tour 1.25, hawk power 1.25
- Msv : focus hex and focus hex soft 1.23 and 1.25
- mayami : tour hex 1.23 and hepta 1.25
- volkl cyclone and cyclone tour 1.30 and 1.25

What I have home to try :
- toroline wasabi pomegranate 1.23
- Gosen poly on

What I’ve liked:
- head hawk power 1.25
- solinco confidential 1.25

- Msv focus hex and hex soft.

Consolation: Mayami tour hex 1.23 performed well but gave me elbow problems. Even at 48/46 lbs.

Try Tour Hex as a cross at 44, but with Big Spin( way softer) mains at 47. I love that hybrid.

I've liked Babolat RPM Blast 17 and Volkl Cyclone Tour17. Even stiff strings don't give me elbow issues with the Technifibre racquets. The foam filling really helps protect my elbow.

I prefer full poly like Cyclone, but my arm doesn’t like full poly setups in racquets that stiff… so crisp multi, smooth poly setups are what I use. MultiFeel and Babolat synthetic have worked well as mains.

I've tried razor soft in black 1.20, TruPro Pure Rush in 1.18, Razor code carbon, Multi (X-One biphase) mains and Restring Zero in crosses. Haven't found a setup yet that is to my liking, still feels a bit uncomfortable on the arm, which is probably just me and my arm.

My son uses the TF40 305 16x19 and just switched from Hyper G 1.25 to TF 4S 1.25 and really likes that string in this particular racquet.
