The 2025-2026 NBA Season

Well, if anybody speaks to him in other places. Let him know I miss him, and I'm experimenting with a big again.

7 ft 1 with Rondo's passing.

No kicking the ball away rule in the NBA.
That's because they don't kick.
Oh, I know. I do enjoy how the whistle is blown, then the player takes a shot anyway. A nice free shot, of course, if it goes in, I'd probably be annoyed.

I'm watching Boston vs Minnesota.

I watched yesterday certainly an ugly game and certainly not the team I watched last season. Quite surprised when I tuned in
Garland, Ball, Allen, Merrill, Strus, Nance all out tonight...I fear Garland will never be fully healthy again because of that toe injury...apparently has a metal plate in his shoe and a toe clamp

Cavs deserve to be relegated...Golden State, no Steph, no Butler, no problem...Cavs have five days off now...wish it were fifty...they don't deserve to be seen in public

First game without Shai, I-Hart Dort and Caruso are out too, alright, finally a chance to watch some competitive OKC basketball.

[checks score]

45-20 at the end of the first. tied for their highest-scoring stanza of the year.

wtf do you do about OKC

ensnare them in some kind of gambling honeytrap.

Realistically, nothing. They opened as 11.5 point favourites on the road without their best player and three other quality rotation guys, all four of whom are All-D calibre defenders. I’ve been following the lines closely for 10+ years and have never seen anything remotely like what’s going on with the Thunder this year.

The game of the year was the Wolves vs Nuggets last night. Wow. The Wolves closed out regulation with a 24-9 run, which includes Edwards hitting 3 straight FT to cut the lead to 3, followed by Edwards hitting a trey with 1.1 seconds left in regulation to tie the game up. The Wolves raced out to a 9 point lead in OT, only for Jokic to hit a pair of treys to cut the lead to 2. Denver won the game, thanks to Jokic breaking Curry’s OT record by putting up a ridiculous 18 points in the extra session for the all-time record.

AE had a stellar game with 44 points on 56% shooting.

Jokic was even better with an outrageous 56/16/15 triple double on 71% shooting, which includes 4/6 from downtown. And he was 22/23 from the foul line.

Epic stuff

Boston not even in the top 8 on any list? JB yammin on all of ya

They’re 9 points better when he’s off the court just like how they’ve had a higher win% over a full season’s worth of games he’s missed than when games he’s played.

But yeah I definitely underrated them as a team. D:

Is JB himself doing it? TBH I haven't had the energy to follow during my hiatus. But am more than pleasantly surprised with the season thus far.
The same idiot who has no problem with the presentation of himself as a Harvard genius. I think he certainly doesn’t have an issue with it. Hell he was literally on mic this weekend saying he’s the best two way player in the world verbatim.

Do the Lakers need to sit Lebron to win in the playoffs? Have him come off the bench and reduce minutes?

The Thunder ball movement and offense is tough to beat in a full game.
SGA swatted Wemby so hard on a alley hoop attempt!
