The 98 square inch racquet club

This is a club for all users of 98 sq. in. racquets to hang out. Over the years the Fed fan copycats all had to play with a 90 square inch racquet.

But with the success of Djokovic I think that people will see the error of their ways. I think there may will be enough of us that prefer the power and control of a 98 sq. in. racquet. We can discuss string set-ups, customizations, comparative playtests, why you like your 98, how your 98compares to small or bigger racquets, what works and what doesn't work, your ideal racquet, etc

Note: Thanks to McLovin's suggestions, there will be no Babolat users in this club. That means no Pure Storms etc.

well, i use the rds 001 midplus
and i think it's cool

well i used to use the rds 003
but i thought that the racquet had a little too much power for me
so i tried the rds 001 midplus and i liked it
i like the power level in it and i get more control off of it
the rds 001 midplus is my favoreite racquet

i am currently hitting with both Kblade 98 and Yonex Rd Ti70 long (98).

love both racquets.

used the Ti70 Long a while back (like 8 years ago), sold them.
had the chance to get a used one last week and did.

played 5 sets with the ti70 and i must say its the best serving racquet i've ever used.

my string set ups are the same for both, Luxilon Ace 112 (18 gauge) on main @ 55 and Head Syn Gut PPS 18 @ 60

Those that you speak of use the 100 SQ in variety, the Pure Storm and PST are not of the same mindset as the Drive and any variation thereof.
