Even though this year's Nat Bank Open was a lot less than expected, almost at a grass 500 level of competition, Ben Shelton has demonstrated himself to be more than just a big serving, booming forehand stereotypical American in the lower top 10 - 20s destined to never win a slam. Arguably already one of the best grass court players in the world right underneath Fritz, Raz, Sinner, and Djoker, Broccoli Ben has shown himself to be more than capable on HC and better on clay than most Americans. I'd even go so far as to say he might win the USO once in his career. How do you guys see Shelton in the future?
Also I'm getting Rafa vibes from how often he's finishing with the lasso on his forehand.
