The best way to increase grip size while minimising weight increase

Hi all, does anyone know the best way to increase the grip size while keeping down the added weight to a minimum. I know the conventional way is to use either overgrips or a grip sleave, but has anyone ever tried other methods such as duct tape? I'm trying to increase my racket from a 3 to a 4, but the extra over grips have increased the weight to around 365g, which is not a proplem on groundies, but i've lost a bit of pop on my serves as the increased swing weight has decreased the racket head speed that i'm able to generate. Any input would be much appreciated, no mater how unconventional the method.

I think there was a thread where someone said to use basswood from a hobby shop. You migh see if you can find that thread. Seemed like a good idea to me. I sometimes use electrical tape and it is pretty heavy, I would think duct tape would be also.

You can puch holes in the grip-increasing, underlying overgrip. You know, like holes you see in aircraft frames. This really helps with the weight issue. I've done it.

I just increased the size of my Radical MP from 3 to 4 by applying 3 layers of duct tape on the two opposite sides of the handle. It also made the grip shape more rounded, similar to Wilson's. However weight wasn't an issue for me. Actually I wanted to increase it a little, so I put the leather grip as well. Duct tape by itself doesn't add much weight. Give it a try.
