Whats the excuse for off hand wet noodle forehand here?

ok whipper snapper, already explained it's my way of conserving energy at 50+ playing 2x7 hours per week. I can look more ATP but 2 much work.. racket path per se is fine. the dog/flip/wipe, it's all there.

it's actually not completely passive as it just naturally balances, instead of in a standard ATP fh it would actively clear to increase rotational power.

similar feel on the bh it's more visibly going backwards but I don't actively do that, it just happens.

Another beauty of an excuse. You would conserve more energy and reduce likelihood of injury using correct technique.

I gave you several chances to demonstrate any intelligence, tennis or general. you have failed. another time waster in mom's basement.

Why so aggresive, it is a legit question from @StringSnapper

You state you play 2x7 hours a week, so you should be fit enough to perform well and with good technique for a 5 min video.

not legit after I gave him the answer.

guess most people try to 'perform well' on vid... I don't... both my vids are 1 time takes... this is how I play, wall or court. btw this should vaguely answer the 50-ball question.. 120 volleys and 130 cc groundies without missing.. medium pace under no pressure that should be fairly easy with correct racket paths.

Bonus 0.5 ntrp boost for hitting on wet court in frigid conditions requiring full winter gear.

I'm very late with this - I haven't been on the forum much the last week, but @onehandbh made his annual trip to my neck of the woods and we got to hit again. He had the shot of the year - a sharply angled tweener winner that was a thing of beauty!

I'll get the raw video uploaded in the next day or so.

I think your tips are credible most times and I like them.

For the disconnection btw your tips and actual footage, you can still claim the Uncle Toni syndrome though. Like, he can't hit the ball for shyts, like how he advices, but he can coach one helluva GOAT, which is still great. No?

Yeah that's about exception to the rule, and uncle Tony has proven his chops. The average person cant play tennis at all let alone like Nadal. I'm not listening to some random 3.0 who has a loose spaghetti arm forehand!

who asked you to listen.. staying at low ceiling level that's your choice.. e.g. forget that 4-ball tube shyt - bh looks nervous and no whip. use my thumb drill and get instant level up on the bh.

helped @user92626 fix his volleys, helped @Curious ending the multi year bh pain.. facts.

the ball doesn't care about the left arm. amof look how Mac plays, the left arm is very passive. on court play I have more dynamic weight shift, can't do that on the wall on wet court, too much power no time to set up for the next ball.

Can’t say it’s all fixed but making big progress by setting the wrist/racket angle and not changing throughout the stroke, also watching ACT bh and the home video he made specifically for me.

Ummmm Mac's left arm is far from passive...

gosh, the first few fh... I do about as much in real play..

it (not the left arm lol, the topic) doesn't matter, I never told anyone to model after my fh. but any trained eyes can tell the swing path is correct.. I shot a casual video just to self introduce who I am plus there was a request for the bh thumb drill that's it..

and someone like the whipper snapper keeps nagging on it like an old lady

oh wait... I guess I got your point about the left arm lol..

Off arm, right arm, isn't passive either. His hand stays steady during contact, notice how yours drops down?

Also not sure what you meant about my backhand, I'm not asking for tips about it - pretty satisfied as it is. Not sure what video you're referring to when you say it looks nervous. The hit with Zill was 3 years ago, I've only got one short video recently (actually a year old now) but have been dealing with injury and haven't played since.
