Guys please, Andy is deserving top 4 player for years. He doesn't deserve the racket that TT hacks are collecting? They all have weird antics - ok maybe not so much Federer.

All the respect for Kuerten et al but Andy is great player like his antics ot not;)

I'm sure it does. I have not taken the pallets off to see what is going on.
Took the pallets off my head tour xtralong today....... nothing written underneath, just code "TK67 1" stamped into the hairpin. Which i think is the Rad 260 grommet code?

Found it strange it was actually easily 28.25 inches long rather than 28, cut it down to my length of 27.25, with overgrip its 340g and about 8 pts HL.

Thank you vs. It was a tough decision though. Getting some great frames at an inflated price (and with various specs that one has to adjust ex-post) or sending my children to college :)) All worth it in the end!

Head doesn't seem to care at all about our side of the market, and it rather leaves this to the gray market. Instead Head prefers to focus only on those who are (i) very sensitive to the marketing gimmicks and (ii) insensitive to playing with cheap materials, stiffer+lighter=crap, bad production line with, off the chart specs with poor quality control...I guess the list goes on!

Head only pretends to care by introducing its "custom made" line...But what about an anniversary pro tour 630? The mould is available. They still produces bunch for the pros, even in 16x19 for A-M! How expensive could it be to have a run? They do ltd editions for the speed pro or the radical. I don't think these sell great. Or at least I do not see many on the courts. Yet they do it anyway.
A pro tour 630 would probably sell much better --or may be I just overestimate the number of actors on the gray market and on this board.

However, even if they would launch a limited Pro tour 630 edition, I am sure you wouldn't see a sign of Twaron in it!

My Head Tour Xtra Long arrived in my house and i played yesterday with it. WOW!! What a racquet!! I have never imagine that a racquet which weights more than 12 ounces could be such a fast racquet to swing. It is really a fast racquet to whip. And the feel!! Oh, that is a wonderful feel. It must be the Twaron magic! And the most impressive thing is the power. It doesn't have the big bang power like Pure Drive, but it has very good power for a control oriented racquet and place a lot of winners.

I don't know if the Head Tour Xtra Long belongs to the PT57 family, but thanks @vsbabolat for taking the red pill. Now i am surrended to this racquet family.

Just Wow! To manufacture all these racquets and to sell something to the public that was completely different and inferior continues to amaze me. The Tennis Industry is completely bankrupt of any integrity.
Ever wonder what is in that big mac or mac chicken? I bet you don't want to know lol!

Does anyone have a spare of head intelligence i.prestige MP grommets? I am looking for the original one. I believe it is the non CAP one. I have replaced my original with the one which is currently selling on TW. I don't like it. I think it changes the spec of my racket a little bit.
Thank you!

which one did you get fr TW? I got the i.Prestige MP XL. I had the CAP before and needed a set bad. This made the racquet a bit more HL. Haven't noticed if the torsional stability was lost on ground strokes. On volleys though it was a bit off...but it was probably my game. I got a CAP set but will wait till I need to restring, decide to change, or when the part needs replacing.

I have the Microgel or Youtek Prestige MP grommets. I think it added at least 5-10 grams to my racket.

I am not very good with parts/model/restoring racket. I can't even tell CAP grommets from non CAP grommets. I've gotten these 2 intelligence i.prestige mp rackets from a friend and I love them. I want to replace the bumper guard that does not change the balance of my rackets. These rackets are already heavy for me. Someone recommends that I should try the Microgel or Youtek Radical MP grommets. I think I am going to do that. Thanks for helping guys!

Please post a photo so I can see what grommets are on your racquet.

it works now.....the one on the right is the original. the one on the left I've replaced the original with the Microgel/Youtek prestige MP. Thanks!

i found a Trisys 630 last week. it looks like the pt 630.
Is it the same racquet, or are there differences?
i´ve known about the Trisys series, but have never come across that particular model

Which one do you have, Radical Trisys 260 or Pro Tour 280?

My radical tour has a very unique feel to it, it's 339 SW and still feels nimble. Here's a quiz for you: What current racquet comes closest to my old radical? Angell? Donnay? Volkl C10 pro? Is it the flex of 59 that does it or the dampened feel? And why the hell doesn't the companies make these reissued?? Love my Super g 10 but it can't beat the Head radical in familiarity. Has that old school feel...

Völkl super g 10 295 (now 330 g with og and dampener) in search for string..

it says pro tour, but i thought 630 not 280- it also says Made in Austria.
i don´t have it yet, i plan to grab it next week:) it´s used as a racquet for beginners at a small club where i teach occassionally

( I think it's exact code for Radical Tour "Twin Tube", but I'm not sure it's the same for the "Bumblebee" )

I played with the blue 280s for years, then played with that gray radical (far right) as long as I could find them, then went to the prestige tour 102 head. How do they fit into this cult?

I probably have 5-7 of those old prestige tours, a ti rad OS and even a yellow rad 260 jr version that all 3 of my kids started on. I used the 102 head liquid metal instinct xl and really liked it except the 4 1/2 grip.

Last few years I've mostly used the Rad microgel OS. Odd that I have one I love and the other not so much. I bought the white speed to try and newer speed, but the youngest took them, lol.
