I think you'll get about a thousand replies that say "POG OS", a couple of Radical votes and couple of Nblade votes. Is there anything else ?
 
The POG/Andre Agassi. The POG was the start of it all, but the OS player's racket followed Agassi. Starting with Donnay and then the Radicals. Now Wilson has is trying to put their hand in the cookie jar with the Blade line which is more or less a radical copy.
 
Well, just thought about it and one day when i want to switch racquets, I'll still use an OS. So I want to hear more about top OS choices.

I guess the good thing is there isnt too many is there :)
 
I liked playing with the Wilson Sting all graphite OS back in the late 80's when I was getting started. I believe they mixed in fiberglass into the latter versions, but I could be wrong. I play with the Prince Graphite OS now, though, after fooling around with some midsizes for a few years. The stability benefits of the larger headisize and weight outweighs the slight decline in maneauverability for me.

Does anyone remember a Wilson PS 6.0 OS or did I dream it?

Fischer M Pro N1 105 SL... the most competitive OS i have ever played with, period.

i am a 4.5. Above 5.0 i would say its the POG OS.
 
One of the best I ever used was the Dunlop Select Pro OS. Like a POG without the throat crossbar. Any thin frame Prince OS beats the competition hands down. They invented the OS and introduced the first graphite OS (POG) and just do thin beam, heavy OS frames better.

Believe it or not, a Prince TT Bandit OS weighed up to around 11.5 oz was a great player's frame. Insane spin on tap. But they ate strings and all the added weight caused them to keep cracking on me. It gave my POGs a run for their money and was more comfortable to boot.

I guess it is true, especially because POG is the original OS player's stick out in the market 30 years ago....but when it comes to the best OS stick, my vote is Head Radical Trisys 260 OS, hands down, and this comes from a ex-stripe-POG-player. I will trade my POG OS 4-striper for a Trisys 260 any day.
 
As you can see, all inputs will be brought to the OP, even some , eh, alternative ideas of epitome of OS sticks:confused:

hey peter are you still using the mspeed 105 as your main stick ? here in the states you can get them new for under 70 usd which is a pretty good deal .

now since i know youre a fischer guy i want to get your opinion on the protour 100 sq inch headsize 22 mm beamwidth have you played with this in either sl or ul weight ? the reason im asking is that i can get them too for 65 usd new but i cant playtest them , so i wonder how the protour compares to the mspeed 105 . i might add that i like the general feeling of fischer rackets and low powered doesnt bother me as i used to string the mspeed 105 over 60 pounds if i didnt use poly.

Hi there, i only played with the pro tour once and it has been for a while so i would not try to make a detailed comparison. In brief i prefer the mspeed over the pro tour. imo btw the mspeed pro no 1 series is a real hot shot from Fischer, its a frame that does not have a real weakness and excels in feel and control. btw i would not call the 105sl a very low powered frame, its more like somewhere between low and med. hope i could help.

Everyone should have at least one POG OS in the closet, but I almost prefer the very underappreciated HPS 6.1 OS....a bit better on serve, similar in most other respects.

Thank you for adding the TT Warrior OS. We are no longer enemies, which is good, because I got tired of lurking outside your house with a heavy machete. Speaking of which, I need to find one with less swingweight but just as much plowthrough.
