• Substitutes: Kirsten Flipkens, Davinia Lobbinger, Yanina Wickmayer
• Suspension: Justine Henin-Hardenne (1 year, because she withdraw the last one deciding doubles match for injury when Belgium tired 2-2 with Italy, but she didn't tell her team leader first when she won the third single match. Remarks: she will stay the team in next year, but her name will not show on the tie list in all matches.)
