Hello guys
I ve watched some videos of modern one handers(Kuerten, Federer) and on the follow through, there is the hand and arm rotation(clockwise) .I think that all the elements of the follow through are consequences and such forearm rotation is just a consequence of the hand and arm rotation(COUNTERCLOCKWISE) that happens at the bottom of the backswing/when I start to swing forward.
Then the racket would be square on contact and then the hand and arm rotation (clockwise)would happen passively on the Follow through
I d like to know if this concept is right. Thank you
