The making of Wilson Tennis Equipment

Chris from TW visited the Wilson facility and had a custom racquet made for him. I'm sure it's on the TW YouTube channel.

I saw the video which was really cool but I'm wanting to know where the raw materials come from, like the felt on the balls, where the rubber comes from (If its natural rubber or synthetic)

Where the carbon fiber and kevlar comes from for Wilson Tennis rackets, leather grips, nylon strings etc.

I know its a big ask to find out this information but I'm doing it for a project and I'm a bit stuck on where to find this information.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
TR

They are not going to tell you their manufacturing and sourcing details. They have a generic video of racket production somewhere.

I am also sure they have different racquets produced in more than one facility, possibly by more than one contractor. They don't own many of the places their stuff is made. In the cases of their cheaper stuff they probably don't even specify to those factories where to get materials, simply give them a type of graphite to buy, and they just leave it to them to get it wherever.
