This thread has been inspired by a post recently in the "Epic Fail" thread... a post was made containing a cartoon pic of men at a public urinal titled "Checkmate; Only Guys Will Understand".

Some that saw the post responded with questions not sure exactly what was going on. But it was clear to some that in the cartoon a Man Rule was broken.

So not to leave anyone in the dark... in this thread (keep it clean)... post other Man Rules / Codes / Rules that we should live by, adhere to and respect.

I will start with the first... and obvious one (as touched on above):

1. When using a urinal in a public restroom, a buffer zone of at least one urinal will exist at all times. If the only empty urinal is directly next to an occupied on, then you are still required to wait. (Exception: at a sporting event where a line has formed to use the pisser.)

It's never ok to cry in front of your bros.....except if your favourite player/team loses in a big event (ex: Fed losing in the 2008 RG final).

If you are going to a bro's humble abode for a period likely to exceed 1 hour, it is not only customary but OBLIGATORY to bring beers (six-pack minimum).

If that made someone cry, that someone was not a man. Only Football and Basketball are crybale sports for an american. Hockey for Canadians.

I guess the rest of the world has soccer, or Cricket or something.

Under no circumstances is it ever acceptable for a man to open hand slap another man.

The only payment for help with moving and/or any other form of manual labor is beer and steak weighing no less than 16oz.

Men do not use the word cute.
