Sup sup sup. Here comes the first Masters of the year, a lot of players seem to be in form so we could be in for a fantastic tournament. Who's your pick?

Only one withdrawal worth mentioning so far - David Ferrer (injured against Anderson in Acapulco). The rest is in for the party.

Is Del Po in? In any case the draw will be very interesting with RF picking one of of the top 4 in the quarters...will Murray or Berdych be seed #4 ?

And no one will want to pick Dimi, Monfils or Gulbis too early...

I don't think he will win but Murrays form is slowly returning.

Quarter final in Rotterdam, semi final in Acapulco (which he was 1 break away from winning).

And he should have Lendl back again in Wells, he could make the semi's again.

Nadal will probably win though.

Might still be worth adding Wawa to the poll even if as already said he's unlikely to win after 1 month off

I will vote after i see the draw. The more importent question is who will get the cake draw? My prediction is Federer.

I will risk it without seeing a draw: Berdych has good form and had a chance to win Dubai

I knew I forgot a big name, that's what you get for typing out players' names without looking at the actual ranking. Unfortunately, I can't edit the poll, sorry!

No love for the AO champ in your picks?
Gotta go with the high percentage pick: Not Isner

Fed gravy train in full force. I'm guessing fed will probably go far, he's looking the sharpest I've seen him since 2012, but probably won't win it. I'm guessing Djokovic will probably bring it together for the win. Nadal's going to have to do something extra special to defend the obscene amount of points he has going forward.

Anybody you put in his draw will be cupcake for him, even your boyfriend Feddy boy ..........

Rafa has exactly looked the strongest recently...especially with his back issues. Maybe you should temper that cockiness until he's a couple of rounds in ;)

Going with Fed.

Being in SoCal, I will watch QF live. Hoping most of the top 8 make it to the QF.

My God making this a "2-week" Masters is absolutely pointless since it's already Monday and even the draw isn't out yet! Why not reduce 1 round and make it a normal 1-week Masters?

Chill mate. ATP R1 isn't until Thursday. None of the big dogs play until Saturday/Sunday. No TV coverage until Sat/Sun.

Hope Roger is in Rafa's quarter, I want Roger to be the inaugural member of Rafa's 30s club, asap. Roger might be the 1st player to lose 30 times to one player.

C'mon Roger, go for the record.

Don't be so cocky. Roger is in great form & he can beat Rafa.
He did so in 2012 at IW.

For once we agree. I want Fed to be in Nadal's Q as well. Hopefully Murray in Nadal's semi and Dimitrov round before the Q and then Novak in the final assuming Nadal makes that far.

And we know your response, if Nadal wins IW by defeating all of them, no?

Fed- match up excuse
Dimi- Style similar to Fed/ moonballing to bh
Murray- just returning from injury
Djoko- he self imploded/ nadal's gamesmanship/ cheating blah blah...

No?
Pathetic!

Here is Nadal's take on his match up with Federer:

"I think he tried to play very aggressive, taking the ball very early," said Nadal. "But if you go to YouTube and you see the video of the 2012 match, you will see that he was playing very, very aggressive, too, especially the beginning of the match.

"So nothing is completely new."

Nadal's passing shots left the crowd gasping, especially a forehand down the line in the final game.

This is what Edberg thinks:

"Coming into the match I thought we would have a chance today but the way the match came about, Rafa played very, very well and Roger didn't have that many chances," Edberg told a small group of reporters.

"Playing against Rafa at this level is very hard," he added. "It wasn't enough today, but I think he's made a lot of progress over the last three months.
