Awww. No it's cool. Though I seem to remember someone on here who posted quite frequently and was like a borderline troll. I always used to think this person was a guy, but it turned out that it was a girl. You know what, I think it was Veroniquem.

How exactly does one meet in Yahoo chat. I once had an account long ago. Whenever i logged in, i would get thousands of invites one after the other which made usage impossible. Then i must have disabled some setting. But how do you / did you meet like minded people ? Or find the right kind of people ?

^ No, I am not quite there yet.

But I do need to get some more mass on the arms and that 'V' shape on the deltoid. I just don't enjoy bicep and tricep workouts so much.

Some people even say that you shouldn't concentrate so much on individual muscle workouts like biceps. For some reason, biceps are easy for me to develop. Not that I am a monster or anything, though.

Oh I remember that dial up internet well I would be having deep and meaningful conversations then my time would be up then it would take 10 minutes to dial up again sooo annoying!!

I am actually doing more of compound exercises . Like today i did more of back stuff which does hit the biceps. I did do a couple of sets of biceps work in the end more because it had started to rain heavily outside. My arms are like match sticks, lol. Probably the same size as Poobs fingers :)

HAHAHAHA. That made me laugh.

Yeah, I really love compound exercises. Bent pulls, military press, squats. They give you the most bang for the buck.

I've begun enjoying deep squats (almost full but not totally). Earlier I was doing partial squats and putting on a lot of weight, but never really felt it anywhere. I'd do 15 repetitions and still not feel it. Now it keep it light, and go almost full. I enjoy each repetition.

What say you about this spiraling decline? A stone rolling down the slope of a mountain will gain momentum with each revolution. Sometimes your "yin" will be underneath the sureshs "yang". Kinda "crushing", no???
