Isn't your husband jealous of your infatuation with Rafa?
Oh give it a rest will you! Leave the personal remarks off this thread. You come over as bitchy and small minded.Yeah I also wondered about that.

So it's basically a Disneyland for VB to throw money at instead of taking a real vacation.
We didn't eat lunch because we weren't hungry at lunchtime. We arrived around at 9 pm on Tuesday when the dining room had closed so they left us a hamper of sandwiches and salad. The sandwich was amazing and the salad was also very tasty. The quality of the food is quite good. That is fantastic.
What I would have done is to eat a lot for breakfast so that I can save money on lunch.
Only idiots are jealous of someone who doesn't even know you exist.Isn't your husband jealous of your infatuation with Rafa?

Yes, Rafa's sports centre/academy has padel courts (6) and organizes padel tournaments. They hosted a tournament of the World Padel Tour, the WPT Mallorca Challenger, in May. The tennis centre court was temporarily transformed into the padel centre court:Does the academy have any Padel courts?
You can't tell me it's not weird to stay there if you're not a player.Log off bestie![]()

I'd love to go see the museum too. But I wouldn't spend a week's vacation there.Look at this lol, heck yeah id go.
I’d go for the trophy room and epic kit wall alone.
... how dare you rip off the rusty peak injected golden bull, you evil antivamos monster!!!That is fantastic.

Most of the people who stay in the Sports Center (Residence) are not players some are just club knock abouts but they hardly played any tennis when I was there. People come from all over the world just for a break and some go there for a week's coaching but they are not professionals. You can't tell me it's not weird to stay there if you're not a player.

You go to Porto Cristo and take a boat ride around the coastline. The latter is how most adult camps in academies are filled, so that is not a surprise. People just coming to a tennis academy for a break and not playing tennis is a surprise.
Are there things to do in the town? After visiting the museum and going round the place, what does one do for the remaining 4.5 days if you don't play tennis?
Pathetic from you. You guys keep saying the sport is dying and should be made more appealing to the general public. The RNA is doing this very well with the museum and is a very nice place especially for those who would like to know more about tennis education. And take a look at these:So it's basically a Disneyland for VB to throw money at instead of taking a real vacation.
Could you possibly say any other place with such things?
Yeah the place is really lovely I would say. Would love to visit there some day (not a week long because I probably don't have enough money to afford the accommodation lol). All the pictures normally shown of the RNA are the school, the dome and the courts but there is so much more to it which is why I took so many pictures of areas I would have loved to see if I hadn't had the opportunity to go there. I had no idea that there was a Residence (Hotel) completely seperate from the student's accommodation and I often wondered whether the guests shared the living accommodation with the students.
Just pathetic.I posted some pictures on the Nadal News (2) but I thought I'd be a nice Rafa fan and share with everyone else butsome people can't help being catty.

Sounds like some people here are jealous they can't go spend a week at Rafa's academy themselves. Nonsense hating on someone for simply visiting a a place meant for visiting is pathetic. Especially because I have seen video of at least one of those people playing tennis, and it ain't pretty.
I said the museum was cool and I'd like to visit it, but that staying there for a week when you don't even play tennis is just weird.Pathetic from you. Is that so? You make assumptions. How do you know what anyone’s circumstances are? And why would someone who doesn’t play have to be any less interested than someone who does? Passion for a sport doesn’t pertain only to those who play it you know.I said the museum was cool and I'd like to visit it, but that staying there for a week when you don't even play tennis is just weird.
The booking was done in April for my birthday on 11th September and they only had one room available. They moved the occupant from teh Rafa Nadal Suite to the Roger Federer Suite so we could have it. There is no Novak Djokovic Suite, I'm afraid.
No matter the topic, you are focused on peoples' butts. Is it a sign you may have OCD?One question about "service": do the staff at RNA "serve" you promptly or do they keep picking their butts and touching themselves everywhere before "serving" you?
Sorry could resist the joke about "service."
You gotta admit it was a great joke.
Maria Francisca (aka Xisca) has been to Rafa's museum at his academy.Wait a minute. Nadal got hold of a Sharapova dress? How?
Does Xisca know about this?
I like the included breakfast and dinner buffets. Most tennis camps only offer continental breakfast, if at all. Or a "gourmet sandwich" if there is an all-day clinic (with chips and an apple). The attached "restaurant" makes big money on dinner with the captive audience.

The Royals (pictured) dined with Rafa's family at Sa Punta restaurant owned by the extended Nadal family (located on the beach about 22 km /13.7 miles from Manacor) after visiting the academy:I know. Both have also dined with the Royals at their residence.
did ex-king john charly also invite the nadal to one of his elephant hunting sessions? The Royals (pictured) dined with Rafa's family at Sa Punta restaurant owned by the extended Nadal family (located on the beach about 22 km /13.7 miles from Manacor) after visiting the academy:
