The TT Football Club

Bit of a calamity there. Good goal for the neutral and all.

One of those fascinating stats. Twente have scored 17 games in a row. I wonder if they will make 20. Booooo.

Chelsea beat 11 Hammers 3-0. Man Utd can only muster a 1-1 against one Lammer.

I wouldn’t mind, but you stole our place in the competition for this :-D

Ten Hag disgraced the club last year and was given a 3 year contract and a whole new back room staff to help him.

You reward mediocrity, you receive more mediocrity. Club did it to themselves. *shrug*

Wojciech Szczesny is coming out of retirement as an emergency signing for Barcelona because Ter Stegen is out for the season.

Bobby Lewandowski played a big part. He made the call. (y)

''Barcelona's options to bring in a replacement were limited after a previous ruling decided clubs would no longer be able to sign a player from another club, as they did in the case of Martin Braithwaite from Leganes in 2020.''

I felt totally disengaged tonight. I think it's my body defence mechanism at this point. Too much struggle and can only handle so much rage. Kinda get the feeling it's preparing me for Sunday.

Speaking of rewarding mediocrity and getting rewarded with mediocrity.

From the desk of Fabrizio.

''Manchester United have won just one of their last nine games in Europe! Five defeats, three draws and one win vs Copenhagen at home under Erik ten Hag.''

Important game on Sunday! I noticed ETH bumped into “Big Enj Postecoglou-Mate” on his pre game stroll this afternoon.

not enough doe eyes emojis in the world for this

Hope Kralingen is doing good wherever he is. I’m sure he’s still pulling hairs out watching Big Ange steer his club into a tree.

Looking forward to the battle of Mince - Spuds vs Yanited. Will be a 90 minute epic of the one trying to one up the other to ensure they lose. Yes, everybody read that correctly - lose. Not win.

Hansi Flick deserves his flowers, while on that subject. Thank you for making La Liga interesting, King. I've genuinely enjoyed watching a ton of La Liga this year.

Much more looking forward to the Madrid Derby than I am the battle of the mid table mince.

Ten Hag’s chaos ball zero tactics just luck and vibes vs Big Ange’s high line high pressing no defensive system.

Rashford running into his defender, Onana losing grip of the ball, Fernandes shooting from the halfway line, versus Werner sending the ball to row Z, Solanke tripping over his laces, and Richarlison taking his shirt off after an offside winner.

10th vs 11th on the table. Truly a battle of the titans.

Hope this bald wankstain enjoys the next few months before his P45 on Christmas. Cuz he ain’t ever managing a big club again.

Don’t say that! It’s always wise to listen to Gary Neville, he thinks he deserves another couple of years. Time for a manager is very important.

I wholeheartedly agree.

Nothing to do with the Premier League being tough, and with ETH in charge, it’s one less team to worry about. Honest :)

They might still beat us here and there but they have zero hope for any sizeable progress up the table. Us Spurs and Newcastle were pretty stinky last year and still finished above them. Says it all. Feel for my dad, he can’t stand to watch the prats anymore.

Not that I've ever listened to him much post Man Utd, but I vowed never to listen to Steve Bruce again after his recent give Ten Hag all the time in the world praise. Not sure how I found it, I'm guessing it was talk sh1te. lol

I was already convinced a good majority of these people saying this have not watched Man Utd. As a keen viewer, sure, maybe I have noticed some nice moves going forward, De Ligt is no 100 metre champion, but he's faster than Maguire. If it's all about the points, then we're mid-table there as well.

But still, time to hammer Spurs on Sunday. All the best to good ol Kral.

Any word on Goldbridge today? He was hilarious against Palace, but I wasn't in the mood to listen to him today.

I am sure ETH said United should have won 16-0 and he can only do so much with INEOS' signings
No United Stand for me today. I bet he gave Bruno some abuse. :giggle: That feels like a secure tactic at the moment. I might tune in after we lose to Spurs and find out where he is with Ten Hag.

He's been rambling on about Ole and Jose getting fired in the third season a lot. etc

Fella went on a rant about Bruno. Last minute needing a goal free kick he tries to be the hero instead of sending it into the box for a header. Statistically more likely to f up when you’re shooting over playmaking.

Either the manager is failing to coach him or he is uncoachable. Could be either or.

Really is a strange one. I suppose Man Utd (and Liverpool) get all the attention, more prime time games on TV, every headline is about them, pundits are the most vocal etc.. so it’s hard to see the wood for the trees, kind of thing.

For me on the outside, it’s pretty obvious they’re being left behind. It’s the same situation we had with Pochettino. We weren’t just an analogue clock in a digital world.. we were a sundial.

Got a proper manager and everything is 1000% times better. Of course, there’s a lot of catching up to do, and there will be bumps ahead.. but the path is there.

With ETH it’s just slowly drowning. I really don’t understand how the media and pundits are open to keeping him? It’s all a bit strange.

Maybe you just need a few 5-0 hammerings in quick succession. Not fun, but the ugly draws and the odd wins against promoted teams and Fulham’s feel like they’re prolonging things.

Rashford looked good and was a scoring threat, got hooked after 60 mins.

Fernandes was the worst player on the pitch and just karate kicked the ball to the other side of the fcking field during a prime counter attack opportunity. Stayed on full 90.

Good lord.

Do you reckon ETH can stay on until November 3rd? Asking for a friend :)

Although I’ve just had a look at their Europa League fixtures between now and then.. Porto and Fenerbahce away.. after drawing their first game at home? I don’t like the odds.

Spurs Porto and Villa all in a row lol it’s long for baldy. He needs to get something out of these fixtures otherwise he’s finished.

That’s the thing though, he usually does :-D

Probably be a 2-2 with Spurs, somehow knick a late winner 3-2 against Villa, or something like that.

He’s like the rubbish husband that the wife should leave, but then he brings home some half dead flowers from the petrol station and she’s in the WhatsApp group giving it all “I know he cheated on me again, girls, but he’s bought me flowers! He’s a new man”.

Not so fast, Charlene.. you’ve still got yourself a wrong’un.

I'm trying to imagine coming out of the Villa and Spurs games with 0 points. I think we're capable of beating Spurs at home, then perhaps get out of Villa with a draw. Can't imagine we can steal the game the way we stole the home game last Christmas.

Villa on form too. I'm just sad I haven't got in on the Rogers action yet. I have been looking, make no mistake about it. :p

But just say it is zero points instead of 4, hmmmm, Prove me wrong, boss. Win the big matches.

I’ve had him from the start, mostly because he’s cheap as chips, but I think he scored 10 at the weekend. Hopefully he keeps it up and gives Yanited a good Rogering too :D

I don’t know where my next points are coming from this season, so it would be most welcome.

Apparently Raya looks like he might be out long term, so that’s another transfer I’ll have to make. Maybe he’s fine, you just never know with Arteta, he lies for fun. I remember him saying Odegaard might be ok for the Spurs game a few weeks ago.. turns out he’s out for 2-3 months :-D thanks for that, Mikel, great help.

I probably would have been done with him after the third or fourth game, but fair play, you got your rewards last weekend.

I think my only decision for FPL this weekend is who will replace Gordon. I haven't really looked at it yet, I know his price has gone down, but it was still over 7 the last time I looked. Being left with 7.4 or something while the dream player is 7.5, then it takes 3 or 4 transfers and messes everything up. So annoying.

He’s like Ole and Poch.

Remember when Poch was always seemingly at the end of the rope with the owners? And he just fluked a result from nowhere. Ole did the same thing and Ten Hag does the same thing too. Nick a result just in time to save your job. Buy a few more months of rubbish before your jobs on the line again.

So you’re right. Wouldn’t surprise me if he beat one of em and drew the other to salvage some time.

The main issue is that Ten Hag is easily United’s most popular manager post Fergie so once he goes on a half decent run of form his fans instantly start piling on how he’s a great manager and how he must stay. Even though he’s been given warchest after warchest every summer and finished 8th last year. Lel.

No the sick ass Spurs mug I bought today will reverse the curse for him.

You talk like Poch was there for more than 10 months or whatever.
