In some videos which is about pro's warm-up before game.. pros do their excerise/stretch(?) with Thera/Tubing band.
In my case, I just stretch my muscles.. wrist, hamstring, trunk and so on (not static streching, dynamic stretching)
What is the purpose/effect of using some elastic bands before playing tennis game?
Do you also do warm-up with bands??
