Does anybody know how the manufactures measure the thickness of hex strings?
I got MSV focus hex 1.10 and 1.18, MSV co-polymo focus 1.18. By eye, the hex 1.10 is about the same as the co-polymo focus 1.18, and the hex 1.18 is much thicker than the co-polymo focus 1.18.
Anyone else has noticed this? This could be very important when you select your next string since the feel is very different for strings of different thickness.
